Mark came out on July 4 when no one else I called was even answering the phone. He successfully identified & fixed an issue that was preventing our Air Conditioning from functioning (on a 90+ degree day), and did so in a timely manner.

Mark is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic explaining systems to me when he came out to fix my A/C on the same day - replacing an electrical component that looked like a Coke can in my twenty year-old unit, which he already had with him in his super-equipped mechanic's van. My experience with Mark is very similar to other people who have left reviews on here, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him - as someone had recommended him to me.

Mark has repaired the two A/C units in my home and one A/C unit in my condo this week. He has been responsive, thorough, professional, and charged a competitive rate given the time and amount of work involved. Services included clearing a clogged drain pipe, replacing a capacitor, cleaning all of the coils, fixing a leak, and filling one unit with freon. Mark is willing to explain what he is doing and teach you how to fix simple things yourself. I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants the job to be done right the first time.

Mark has repaired two of my air conditioners, and a fish tank chiller. It's hard to find a guy who is willing to take on a fish tank chiller. He's honest, always helpful, and knowledgeable as can be. I trust him so much I've recommended him for my mother's HVAC needs. You can't go wrong with Mark.

I could not be happier with my experience using Pasieka Services. My air conditioner stopped working (very weak airflow) and the house was no longer cooling.

I called around a few different places - no one else answered or even called me back in the same day. When I called Mark, he answered right away and promptly scheduled a time for later that evening to come out and take a look at the problem (even though he was booked solid, he still made time at the end of his day).

Not only was he able to come earlier than originally expected, but he was very communicative and texted me his ETA as soon as he was on the way.

Mark quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work with fixing it, despite the fact that he was getting into a messy situation (the previous company that installed the water heater and furnace left the area in a condition that made it difficult to repair the problem with the A/C).

The problem is fixed and the price was very fair, so I highly recommend Mark for any HVAC needs (or really anything else electronic-related - he can probably fix it, whatever it is).
