Mr. Duct

We are completely happy with Mr Duct after getting a full HVAC duct cleaning on our 110 year old house.

Tom was a great first contact and he put up with my concerns in a very friendly manner.

From the photos that the technicians showed me, I doubt that our system had been cleaned since it had been installed in 1940.

The technicians were great! Pleasant, efficient and friendly. They allowed me to ask many questions and helped me understand the process.

I had been worried about damage to a return that was unducted within our plaster and lathe walls and ceiling, but the system you use was very effective and kind to our 110 year old house.

I reached out to Mr. Duct to clean out the vents in my new house. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. The crew showed up early, worked efficiently and did not make a mess. It was a pleasure doing business with the entire company. I will definitely be reaching out in 3-5 years to have my ducts cleaned again!

Mr. Duct is my go-to for furnace fixits and maintenance! I've been using them for about 10 years now, as my furnace is about 25 years old. Their pricing is fair, and their associates are patient and answered all of my questions fully. Highly, highly, highly recommend these folks!! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

The guys were excellent! Very nice, informative and helpful. We've been having issues with noise and they figured out the problem, which turned out to be a bad humidifier filter and to high quality of a furnace filter. The unit has been working too hard and thus making too much noise! They got it to a great place and as noted above, told me how to change the humidifier filters once I get it. They were also not rushing (as some other companies do, because they are trying to get to their next appointment). They took the time to check every part. I feel confident it will run smoothly until the next check-up!

They helped me out in a pinch last year and this year was just the same! I love that I can call and get an appointment within a few days!

The Mr. Duct team did an excellent job cleaning the duct in our home. They explained each step along the way and answered all our questions. Much better than the service we used in the past. The differences in air quality is immediately noticeable.

Service Tech Jason was great. Very friendly, professional, and diligent. Talked me through my options and explained the potential cost impacts every step of the way during the troubleshooting process. Customer service follow ups were very polite. Company President seems to put a high level of emphasis on customer service. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

My technician was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly go from a standard service call, to delivering and installing a new A/C unit the same day. The location of the unit was somewhat challenging - yet, the team was able to install without issue. This was my 3rd experience with Mr.Duct, all have been great and the tech's have all been honest and trustworthy.

I called several companies and left messages the other night because I was having problems with my AC. Mr. Duct was the only company that called me back that very same night and said a service tech would contact me in the morning to schedule an appointment. The next morning they called as promised and scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon. The service tech Anthony was very friendly, courteous and took the time to explain everything. We especially like the fact that they are the only contractor that we've met where the service techs put on special booties to cover their shoes when they enter the house to avoid tracking in dirt and mud. They also clean up thoroughly after they finish. I will definitely call on them in the future and strongly recommend them.

Now that Mr. Duct "cleaned" our ductwork, the air quality in our home when the AC is on is 100x worse. While they were polite and on-time, don't try to save a penny by using this company. You'll regret it later and just end up having to pay another company to do it again.

Mr. Duct!

This company is named for exactly what they do. Their expertise and focus benefits everyone.

Need your Ducts cleaned? Call Mr. Duct.

They thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent on October 11, 2016. Our vent hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. A fire, just waiting to happen.

When you call, an actual living, competent and friendly person will answer the phone (in my case, Brittany).

Beware, some companies you call, are actually call centers that contract the work out to different companies.

Then surprise, surprise, a company you didn't call (or check-out) shows up. Extremely deceitful.

When I called Mr. Duct, all my questions were answered and an appointment was set-up at my convenience.

The price I was quoted, was the price I was charged.

And, Mr. Duct didn't try to 'upsell' me, you know, buy this product or sign up for this yearly service.

I was called prior to their arrival.

Two gentlemen showed up right on time. They were nicely dressed, very polite, extremely efficient and highly experienced.

Bis shout-out to Alfonso and Andy. You guys rock!

In addition to performing a thorough job, Alfonso and Andy took the time to answer my many, many questions.

The previous week, a different company (bait and switch) came out to clean my floor ducts. They did a careless and incomplete job.

I'll be calling Mr. Duct to come out and do the job correctly (I know they will).
