Mr. Duct

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Duct for our 8-unit condo building! They were extremely responsive in all communications, were able to schedule on our preferred date, and arrived at the beginning of the time window. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Great experience! We had our vents cleaned, as well as our dryer vent. The technicians were friendly, professional, efficient, and clean! They were on time, and even showed me before and after pictures of the vents (kinda gross, but I appreciated their thoroughness!). Price was fair and it was easy to schedule. Highly recommend!

The technicians were nice, professional, and very respectful of my client's home. They have a new baby and the team hardly disturbed him at all by doing his room first and quickly. They also warned me about the noise each time they were about to use the vacuum and wore boot covers.

I used Mr. Duct to clean my dryer vent and install a vent cover on the outside. I was very pleased with my experience with them from beginning to end. It was easy to schedule my appointment and on the day of the appointment they arrived on time and were very professional. Everything was explained to me and they made sure any concerns I had were addressed. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. Incredible service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a fair price. The guys showed up, reviewed the issues with our A/C unit, explained what the issue was in terms that made sense so we could make the best decision. They had to go inside and out several times and took the time to remove their shoes each time.
They replaced and took our dirty furnace filter as well. We will be using Mr. Duct again and would recommend anyone who has HVAC needs to consider them.

Poor quality dryer vent cleaning - the hose came off on both ends two days after the unit was serviced and I ended up using a vacuum to clean up what they didn't. Refunded $50 for the inconvenience.

Beware of markup on parts. If you're at handy at all, buy the capacitor for $3 instead of their $130 price - guessing this is one of the typical upsells that they target.

The whole experience left me with a poor impression of how they do business.

I'm really happy with the service I received. The technicians came within the time frame I was provided and were very nice and courteous. They showed me how dirty my HVAC system was versus what it looks like now so I'm happy with the results. I would also like to thank Mario for coming back to help fix an issue I had with the heat not turning on after they left. The issue was not caused by him, but rather the old wiring in the furnace and he was able to fix it temporarily and told me what needs to be done. I definitely appreciate him coming back when it was already late in the day on a Saturday.

Achoo! Achoo! My condo had gotten super dusty lately, and I realized Mr. Duct hadn't been here in five years. The crew (supervised by Pedro) arrived today. They cleaned the ducts, dryer exhaust hose and bathroom fan (the dirtiest of the three). They even went on the building roof to clean the bathroom exhaust pipe, which was plugged up. As before, the crew was friendly, efficient and very thorough. Competitive pricing, considering the high quality. Decided not to wait that long to call on them again. UPDATE ONE WEEK LATER: Hardly a spec of dust on anything. Just in time for "staying in."

Everyone from the office to the service techs were great. Arrived within the first 30 minutes of the two hour window, very quick and efficient while also thorough. We were coordinating with other homeowners in our complex, and they were easy going about the scheduling of our appointment. Definitely recommend, and will be using again for all of our HVAC needs.
