Our buildings boiler had a complete meltdown. I was referred to this company after several people had reached out and mentioned how great of an experience and value they received from Williams Stoker for their boiler installation. Not only did Steve, Jose and his partner do an amazing job, they also had beat out the competition on pricing, honesty and professionalism. Every step of the way the guys took the time to educate me in a way where I could share with residents what to expect and give them confidence in knowing that we will have hot water for many years to come. This is a service that is quite pricy, but even with that, Steve got us the best deal and was able to assist us with a plan that worked for our budget. Thank you guys! This is a craft and art that you don’t see too much of anymore, these photos don’t do the crew enough justice.

I thought I left a review for this company back in 2020 but apparently not, so understand that my review is SOLELY about my experience working with them between 2020-2022. I have no idea what they are like now. However, it'd be hard for me to believe that they aren't the informative, professional and timely crew they have been during those two years.

I talked to quite a few people here, but I feel like I may have talked to Caroline more than a couple others (Andrew and Brittany). Our association had a new hot water boiler installed before I moved in, and they would come out annually to check on it. I don't remember any of the techs' names. I just remember they patiently explained the process of inspecting the water boiler and answered any questions I had (just to understand the process).

But my five-star review is especially because there was a time in my unit when it was absolutely freezing. I thought it was just me until a couple other owners complained about the heat too. The Customer Service people had many suggestions for how to better assist with heating so it was even throughout the building instead of being super hot with some units and cold in others. If I ever needed individual service with them, even if the new condo board worked elsewhere, it'd 100% be with Williams Stoker if I could. They're just a really solid company. Thanks for everything.

I called Williams Stoker a couple weeks ago to perform maintenance service on the Buderus boiler for the radiant heating in our basement. The technician was on-time, answered all my questions, and left the area perfectly clean. I was happy to find a quality company to service for our boiler because other companies often can't service them at all or charge an arm and a leg.

I received a referral from a friend and asked three firms for bids. Wms Stoker returned the fair bids for a high- efficiency Peerless boiler and a standard Dunkirk. Steve Mirabelli was cordial and friendly as we discussed the virtues of both options. The Dunkirk was placed and completed in two days. Our tenants could not be happier with the tropical steam heat in their apartments, and we are very pleased with Steve and the installation team.

Mike & Kevin from Williams Stoker did a great job! Our boiler was not 20 years old like I thought, but ~45 years old, and cracked going into a cold snap. They got a new boiler and worked from 9A to 9P to put it in right and prevent any further damage to our home. Pleasant, professional, and thorough, they explained what they were doing and made us feel safe again in the Chicago winter. Thanks guys!

We had an emergency situation at the building at about 8:30 pm on a Friday evening and the boiler was not turning on. I called and left a message with the answering service. Kevin Schaefer from William Stoker heating called me back within half an hour and asked me a few questions and troubleshooted the issue. He said that the boiler was not turning on as the water level was too low. He then guided us over the phone to add water to the boiler and got the boiler up and running. Kevin’s professionalism and his commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing.

William Stoker Heating has professionals who are well trained and know what they are doing. They are the experts in servicing steam and hot water boilers and I would not go to anyone else. I also had great experience with Steve Mirabelli, the service manager, who really looks out for customer’s interests. He would take my calls even on the weekends and help me resolve my problems. He has not only satisfied me but delighted me on several occasions. The work culture in any organization is dictated by the leader and under Dittmar’s leadership William Stoker Heating is poised to go places. Keep it up guys!!!

We live in an old Greystone 2-flat with a boiler heating system that was installed about 12 years ago. Both floors are heated by the boiler/radiator system. For years, we have not been able to figure out why the upstairs was not heated well compared to the downstairs or other parts of the building. We have to increase the temp high just to get the upstairs warm. We asked the company ( which shall be nameless) that installed the system to help us figure it out. This company also serviced the boiler every year and every year we ask the same question with no success. Their reps are fine but not very experienced. Finally, we called Stoker for an evaluation. Right away you could tell the rep who came out was very knowledgeable. he checked the upstairs and downstairs radiators, the boiler system itself and said everything looks great, it’s an excellent system. And we are doing everything right. He recommended a simple adjustment, turning off one of the radiators by the thermostat. And I’ll be damned it’s made all the difference! We will be using Stoker from now on. Highly recommend them.10 stars.

My Technician Jose and his Co Worker David did a great job replacing my commercial water heater . Excellent communication and a skilled professional installation . Instructions on using and maintaining the unit were clear and easy to understand .

Recently had to replace the heating system for our building. The new system was up and running in under 2 days…Jose, Kevin, Josh and the entire crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful…answered all my questions and did an impeccable job…
I would recommend them in a heart beat.
