DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrendous customer service. Three calls were met with serious attitude and promises of scheduling and call backs. They don't do radiators in the busy season?? Radiators are half of the heating business. You would think a heating company would recognize, like Christmas retailers, that during a 'cold season you need more staff. My condo has used this company for years...no more.

We have used them for over 20 years. They are prompt, dependable, experienced and reliable (already said that in a different way). They are clean, knowledgeable and work on any new or old item (we have a 92 year old boiler) and space pac air conditioning. We recommend them to anyone who needs to trust their HVAC to great people. .

ABSOLUTE nightmare to work with. Will never use them or recommend them again. The woman on the phone was nasty, short, and just plain rude and grumpy. And when I got their bill after 3 trips out...phooey, I almost fell out of my seat. Do yourself a favor and find people that are nice and want to do the job right the first time.

Stoker has been servicing our condo boiler for 12 years. They know what the are doing and are trustworthy and honest.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience. The phone "rep" refused to problem solve a scheduling conflict and hung up on me more than 3 times. How on earth are these people in business when they conduct themselves like this with paying customers?She hung up angrily on me mid sentence. Save your money, save your time, and never use these poople. But, at this rate they won't be in business much longer.

Had problems in the past with my steam heating system and they cam out and figured out the problem. I was told what it was and they fixed it within a day …. I Always use this company!

The customer service absolutely SUCKS!! They are so rude over the phone, they do not returns calls, You cant leave seem to get any questions answered. Absolutely horrible service!

These folks don't return calls or seem willing to schedule an appointment. I guess they have enough work and don't need mine.
