Mr. Duct

A friend recommended Mr. Duct to me when I was in a situation where the last tenants neglected service in the duct work and HVAC at my new place. They were great. Within 4 days of the service request, they had an appointment for me in the books. They showed up on time, were communicative of the process, and eager to show me what they had done (Which was a lot considering the neglect by previous tenants). Highly recommend their services, and happy to have used them. I will again in the future.

I was very happy with the services Mr. Duct provided. The two guys who came spent about 90 minutes cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They explained what they were going to do and cleaned up afterward. Also, the people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful with scheduling, providing a quote for the services, and calling when the service men were on the way. Mr. Duct was recommended by a neighbor in my building and I will recommend Mr. Duct to anyone else looking for similar services.

The service tech was on time and polite. However, maybe I'm confused as to what to of expected. I expected to see the vacuum's collection of dirt and dust. I didnt spy on on tech but the the few times I did see him remove the hose, it only only about 2 feet of hose and the hose didn't have any sort of brush on the end. It was just a piece of rubber flapping around due to air pressure. I feel like it wasn't a thorough job, am i missing something?

I have been in charge of duct cleaning for our building the past 12 years and your team today was the best service yet !! Josh in particular was awesome, answered every ? He even,helped me out with two issues on my dryer! They were on time, courteous, professional and worked dilegently! Josh really stood out with his people skills and I received positive feedback from the other owners! And our dryers work so much more efficiently, we all noticed a difference right away!! Entirely professional operation. Responsive to first call. Reasonable estimate. On time. Solution to originally non-apparent issue and reasonable cost to address it. Highly recommend this service, and in particular the guys who came out on our job were great.

Josh and Cameron arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, made a recommendation, gave us a quote and repaired and cleaned the dryer ventilation in my gym within 90 minutes. The job was priced very competitively, and fair in my opinion. I am very happy with the service. Excellent work!

Good service at a good price. My furnace was due for a service. It was turning on but the flames weren't kicking on. They came and checked it out. Initially they thought it might be the ignitor but then another tech found and fixed the problem, which was a blockage to the motor, so I didn't need to replace the ignitor. Overall to clean it up, check all other components and fix the problem, it only came out to $218. On top of that the techs were helpful and answered my questions. They were easy to work with. I learned a lot and feel more confident about furnace issues going forward. I'll definitely be calling them out every year from now on to service my furnace.

Found these guys on Angie's List where they had a very good reputation.
They totally lived up to it in every aspect.
Communication with the office person about scheduling, etc. was outstanding.
When the repairmen got here to look at my dryer venting they told me right away that they would not be able to clean it out because of the type of piping that it was. I asked if they could replace it and they checked for materials on their truck and said they could. They explained everything along the way and cleaned up after they were done.
They did an excellent job! I was very satisfied.

Service was great! They came out the next day and were able to get my dryer vent cleaned out very quickly. They were also happy to explain everything to me as we went along.

Would definitely work with them again.

We've used Mr. Duct twice and both service calls were very positive experiences. I called at the last minute for both appointments but they were still able to squeeze me in on the same day. Both service teams were courteous and professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Mr. Duct.
