Mr. Duct

The appointment went well. The technician showed up within the time window that was scheduled and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The furnace repair and cleaning was of good quality and successful. The technician was a pleasure to work with.

I have no complaints!

Used Mr. Duct for the first time yesterday to have a dryer vent cleaning and a heating check-up- the two technicians (Mario & Daniel) were nothing but friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions as I tried to learn more about what they were doing. Will definitely recommend not only the company but specifically these two individuals and will be calling back in the Spring for a A/C check-up once winter is over.

I used Mr. Duct to clean my air ducts, and they were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They offered a flat rate that didn't change after they arrived at my house (which I hear happens a lot with other companies). The on-site team was courteous and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Duct carefully diagnosed the problem and the next day worked for over 4 hours to make the necessary revisions to the dryer vent system. We now have a dryer that works. Could not have been more pleased with the prompt service and the friendliness and professionalism of the individuals performing the work.

Recommended by our superb General Contractor, Mr Duct was of the same quality. Arrival on time, polite technicians introduced themselves, and cleaned our complicated dryer duct from both ends. Now it is much more efficient. Don’t forget this important service, and use Mr Duct

David and Emmanuel were fantastic! They were both very professional and explained in detail what they would be doing to clean the ducts. They were good to update me and show me how the cleaning was progressing and even made a video for me to see the cleaning process.

Both were very careful once the job was wrapped up to clean up all the furniture and sweep & vacuum any dust/drywall that might be around.

They worked really hard to clean up the ducts-- the next day I noticed the difference in the air quality.

Mr Duct, did a magnificent job!! The 2 workers (Pedro and I'm so sorry I can't remember the other young man's name)(forgive me). But they were both very informative about their work and the task at hand. I have been waking up every morning congested from the trash and build up in my ducts and can notice the difference!! Well worth it, blessings to you and your company !!!

Wish I would have called these guys a long time ago. They came over next day to take a look at our unsafe dryer vent. They arrived on time to assess the problem and gave us two options for fixing the issue. Then they fixed it right on the spot (!) for a super reasonable price. Super happy with their service.
