The service tech was out right away, found and fixed the problem. The bill was super affordable since our unit was still under warranty with them.

Lantz heating came to my house on a Saturday to repair my furnace. I think my system is running better than before. He was great.

From the salesperson to the installation crew and the technician, they are all courteous and professional. Our salesperson, Michael, especially, was knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. We replaced two HVACs and a water heater for our house. We had a couple of issues with our new systems within a month after installation, but those issues were resolved seamlessly and promptly. Now we feel comfortable and happy.

Highly recommend. They showed up on time, worked quickly, explained to me what the problem was and left the bathroom even cleaner than when they arrived.

He knows his stuff, and really made this whole process easy. He spent A LOT of time talking to us and going over options, which we appreciated! Kevin and the install crew did a beautiful job and Thomas was great with his follow up. Would highly recommend!

Lanz installed a new heat pump system in our house, and we were so pleased with the prompt service and the quality results. Their installers are skilled and courteous. Our new Trane system keeps us comfortable all the time, and it's so quiet that we could almost forget it's even there!

I really appreciate their company ethics and all the cheerful, friendly voices on the other end of the phone when I need to call for service.
