When i realized i couldn't install my kitchen faucet myself, i called Lanz and they had a plumber here ASAP (the same day). He took out the old and installed the new faucet without a hitch. It works great and I'm very happy with the results. The folks at Lanz are responsive, their employees professional and knowledgeable, and i highly recommend this company.

Boston was so professional and polite. He explained everything he did and showed before and after pictures. He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Additionally, he had necessary parts on the truck so he could do repairs on the spot. I Love this company!

My AC went out on a 90+ degree day, I called and Lanz was there within an hour. Zac was super helpful and fixed the AC with half an hour. Definitely recommend , Great work!

While preps for flooring repairs in bathroom, discovered cracks in sink drains and had to remove toilet for for flooring repair. Called Lanz to estimate repair. Phillip arrived within an hour to inspect the repair needs and said he could return when we were ready to complete the plumbing repairs and toilet install. Returned only a day after I called and completed all repairs with great efficiency. Lanz is my go to for plumbing repairs.

Having septic problems. Everyone at their Underground Solutions part of the business is worthy of high praise. They are truly helping me determine MY best solution, not theirs. Honesty and integrity are high on my list. Big thumbs up for these guys.

Lanz installed a dual fuel heat pump for me today. This is a combination of high efficiency heat pump and high efficiency natural gas furnace for back-up on really cold days. The installation team was professional and courteous and left the areas where they replaced the old HVAC system cleaner and neater than they found it both inside and outdoors. They ran tests to make sure everything was calibrated and properly working when they left. They brought the water heater up to code as needed.

The service tech was very polite, called 15-30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival he greeted me and started working, the tech was in and out in a timely manner.
