I appreciated Lanz having a 24 hour service because finding out the A/C is not working never seems to happen during normal business hours. Victor called within 15 minutes and let me know he’d be over to take a look at what was going on. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained to me the issue of what happened and discussed the repair in clear terms. 10/10 would recommend.

Ben was fabulous. We’ve had an issue for a while and needed to get the basement bathroom up and running. While Ben was here previously to fix an outside faucet, he looked at the basement issue and let me know what we’d likely need. I set up the appointment and it is now fixed. Pricing was great and Ben was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Lantz Heating and Plumbing for the great service. I know who to call should we ever need service again.

Chase did a great job! I had no heat. I called on Saturday morning. He showed up early Saturday afternoon had my issue fixed in 20 minutes. He was very nice and very professional. I called other places and they wanted a $225 emergency fee because it was the weekend. That was almost the cost of my bill.
Lanz will definitely be my go-to for HVAC!

I had a great experience with both technicians that came to my house for service. Philip was there first to tackle plumbing issues we were having and he walked through everything with me, explained everything fixed several issues we had. Then shortly after, Victor arrived to handle an HVAC issue we had. He listened to all of my explaining and went over everything to get to the problem. Both of these men did an excellent job and were very pleasant to work with.

Shannon and Austin from Lenz came to look at our blocked sewer pipes after we were told by other
plumbing services that we would likely need to have our yard excavated and sewer pipes replaced.
However, Shannon was able to clear our sewer line of roots and inspect the cleaned pipes with a camera
to determine that the pipes did not need to be replaced. We just need to do some regular root cleaning.
It was such a relief not to have to pay for a very costly excavation. Shannon's long plumbing experience
is so valuable, and he and Austin were great to work with. I'm very thankful we called them before
tearing up the yard.

They did a good job as far as I can tell. They were polite and professional. We had both HVAC and plumbing seasonal check ups. The plumbing expert found the master toilet was leaking, so replaced the inner works and it is good now so we aren’t using extra water through a leak.
