The owner, Lucas, is amazing! With inflation, he understood our circumstances. The receptionist, I can’t recall her name, was so on the ball. With the heat coming fast, she got a crew out here to replace our AC unit within 24-48 hours- at most. The crew replacing our ancient unit, Seth and Rich, were so professional. Unfortunately I held them up a bit by feeding their faces for the hard work in the heat. The company is honest, professional and legit. I highly 100% recommend them to anyone needing an A/C replacement or tune up. In the future, we WILL use them for our furnace upgrade. Thank you so much and keep up the top quality work!

217 was great through the entire process! They were able to quickly find the issue with our AC, provide a temporary solution while we gathered quotes for full AC/Furnace replacement. We ended up going with 217 for a whole new system. They were able to order/install within 3 days, were on time, and really took the time to explain everything through the process of repair/replacement.

I was amazed that we were able to get an appointment on the same day. We had a new furnace put in two years ago by a company that 217 has bought out. We had told those installers that we always experienced a problem with one particular room being colder than the others.

Jordan came out immediately and was very professional. He listen to our concerns and checked the various rooms. He discussed all the possible options about what it might be and what he would be able to do. He crawled into our attic and discovered an unnecessarily extremely long run from the furnace to that particular room. He came down and showed us several photographs, talked about what he would recommend, got some information from his supervisor about how and what he should charge to make the repair, told us that amount and got our permission, and repaired it all at once in the same visit. He discussed another option to improve quality air movement, and we excepted it and he did it without further charge.

Jordan was professional as was the dispatcher that I spoke to for the initial call. I will not hesitate to call 217 back again.

Zach did a great job hooking up my heat pump/ electric water heater. He was also very professional and he did answer my questions and he took a couple suggestions i had like extending the cooper line so I can reach the house water shut off value that was behind the water heater.

Pat and Manny came over to check things out at the last minute on a Friday within a couple hours of me calling to address some unexpected HVAC and duct concerns that needed some quick attention. So grateful for them.
Pat did a very thorough inspection an and explained everything he found to me as he went. He gave me his recommendations, answered all my questions, and left me with some peace of mind.
They were both very personable, professional and even great with my daughter! She’s not typically one to take to new people easily, but they were so sweet she was pulling their hands trying to get them to stay!

Hoping to get one more season out of my CACU before replacing my entire HVAC, Pat did all he could to possibly help extend the life of the old beast. He got her going with no promises and a very affordable list of options should it go out again. He understood my timeline for renovations and worked with that. I have 2 homes in renovation, I will 100% be using 217 Inc for a variety of work!

These guys had a lot of work to do and the crawlspace was not any easy place to maneuver. They were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and hard working.
