217, Inc.

I'm new customer with 217, 217 took over existing P&P customers when owner retired. I do a service contract, Fall furnace check and Spring Air conditioner check. It sounds like 217 is the same as P&P was. The price did go up a little, but that is happening everywhere. The tech called, to make sure I was home. I had to leave work to make it to the appointment, with it getting cooler I needed to get the furnace check done. The tech was a former P&P employee and had been to my house before. He was professional and was done in under an hour. I'm another satisfied customer.
One of the benefits of the service contract is priority service, if something breaks. No heat on a cold day or no air conditioner on a hot day. I was happy to have the service contract each time. I got my problem repaired that day and it was discounted. A service contract helped keep me a happy customer and I will continue purchasing the service contract.

Very happy with their service. Woke up this morning on the coldest day of the year with the furnace not working. Of the companies I called, the only company that actually had a person answer the phone. They scheduled us to come out after hours. However they ended up coming early and we didn’t have to pay the extra fee. The service tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn’t be happier!

Steve and his crew from 217 installed air ducts in our new kitchen addition. The work was perfect, on time, and at a very reasonable price. The entire crew was personable and Steve answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend 217 to anyone who needs HVAC repair or installation.

Duct cleaning best price in town! These guys were so professional and their work was unbelievably precise on the cleaning wow good job guys thanks, the vents are so clean the air flow is 150x better and cleaner, and finally cold at night!!! I was so impressed with their cleanliness and professionalism on the duct cleaning that I had them to return the following week for plumbing repairs & waterline bust under the house! I highly recommend these guys they're very patient and professional and I didn't have to worry about my new white fixtures being banged up with the equipment as they were super careful and even cleaned up after getting a little mudd on my entry rug! They wore booties as well very sanitary I'm super impressed I'm hiring them for all my jobs thanks 217 !

Who do you call in the middle of the night when a pipe burst? 217, Inc.! We had an upstairs bathroom pipe break around 12:30AM. We called every plumbing company in the local area and spoke to all of their answering services but ONLY ONE, 217 Inc., actually called us back. The gentleman that called me back didn't sound upset about getting such a late call and he calmly walked us through turning off the water at the main. The next morning 217, Inc called me before I even had a chance to call them. They sent a tech out first thing. This technician was amazing and I'm just upset I forgot his name. The technician went into the wall and repaired the busted pipe in what seemed like less than 10 minutes. He then presented me the bill and I was shocked about how inexpensive it was. I easily estimated double of what I was charged. Since the bill was so low, I asked the technician if he had time to look at our outside faucet that hadn't worked in years. Again, he went into the wall and fixed the busted pipe and replaced the faucet with a winterized faucet. I was shocked how quick and accommodating this company was. I hadn't experienced customer service like this in a while and I truly thank 217, Inc for taking such good care of us. Anyone reading this review, please trust me, these guys are amazing and their prices are beyond fair, look no further.

Zach and his partner were patient waiting for me to get to the house and quickly fixed our plumbing issue. Also gave us advice on how to avoid future problems. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price which was quoted precisely before the work was started. Excellent customer service at 217!!
