Had my AC unit die on me, had a service tech out to me by mid day and when he determined I needed a new unit I had an estimate by the end of that day. Then 2 days later by early afternoon had a whole new system installed by some very kind and efficient installers. Would highly recommend going with this company!

217 was very responsive to our unexpected HVAC issue and arrive on-site earlier than anticipated. The technician was thorough and offered complete transparency on the expense and time needed to fix the repair. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Had yearly maintenance completed on furnace, very thorough and explained what he did. Jordan was spot on. Also had an estimate for work to be done for our sun room that does not have ac/heat. We will be going with a ac/htg split unit. Look forward to 217 providing our HVAC servicing.

217, Inc. consistently demonstrates top-tier service. They are, in my opinion, the gold standard for what all customer service should be measured against. I've only had to give them my information once, and for every time I've called since, they have had all my information ready. Scheduling (and rescheduling if something comes up) is always quick and painless. And I don't know how they do it, but they always seem to answer on the first or second ring. Even transferring my call to another department has not caused me to wait for longer than a minute or so (often much less). Everyone on their call center team should get medals, because every single person I've interacted with so far seems effortlessly polite, extremely professional and efficient, and just a genuine pleasure to talk to.

And this is to say nothing of their actual service. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and always do great work. Especially in the HVAC industry, it's easy to feel like someone is pulling the wool over your eyes, but 217, Inc. always does everything to code and is happy to explain the why and/or give options for alternatives if asked. I've used several different HVAC companies in the Champaign/Urbana/Mahomet area over the past 12 years or so, and while 217, Inc. is not always the cheapest, their knowledge and quality of service is a cut above the rest and I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. They will have my business from here on out.

217, Inc installed a water heater purchased from Lowes. The technicians took on the challenge of removing a 30 year old heater, they were friendly and informative. Job well done.
