Always best and more professional compared to all companies in town. This will be my all time favorite! The guy who fix and change the board of my bar ac unit this dude is awesome he is really helpful and kind !

I have used 217 several times for plumbing issues. They were great. They have always been on time. All of their plumbers are professional and very well trained. Really appreciate the service I received from them.

I had their service for installing a new sump pump in 2022. The new pump stopped one day out of nowhere and my basement was flooded. They sent two technicians separately and both insisted that too much water was coming to my house. They changed the pump with another new one (which I appreciated). However, the second new sump pump continued to have issues and stopped five more times over the next 5 months even during a calm day with little water coming in (we set up an alarm after the first flooding). We know it is not because of too much water and of course we don't want to take their further service if they couldn't even figure out the very first issue. We finally asked help from others and realized their technicians installed the sump pump against the wall of the pit. The float got stuck and that is why the pump kept stopping. We changed the position of the pump by ourselves and now the pump is perfectly fine and no more stopping/floodings. It is hard to understand: (1) why an experienced plumber would install a pump like this, and (2) why neither of the technicians could figure out this simple problem. Perhaps some of their technicians are not well trained or not experienced enough to deal with the issues? I know in the beginning that their price is higher than other local plumbers, but what I didn't expect is to have 5 months of nightmare of not knowing when the basement would be flooded after their service.

The manager promised to call and discuss the fee charged to us during the first flooding but never called back. Now they are asking me to call them. I don't understand this at all.

We just had the pleasure of working with Seth and Richard both yesterday and today. They were both very nice, easy to talk to, and explained everything that was happening. We have a daycare in the house and they worked around them and were so respectful. I would recommend them every time!!

I had a home inspection done & many plumbing issues were noted including a burst pipe to the outside water spigot. Cameron made scheduling a appt very easy. Tanner called ahead to confirm appt on the day off. He looked over the list & got an estimate quickly & then got to work. He kept his shoes clean when he was in & out of the house. He was in & out of the crawl space. Tanner was easy to talk to & he explained what he did, took pictures of the repairs. Great experience! Will be using 217, Inc again in the future!

In 2023 it's so hard to find a company that does what they say they are going to do. This company is top notch. Communication was amazing and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when. I can't recommend them highly enough and they did an amazing job at HVAC duct and vent cleaning. You won't be disappointed.....Thank you 217, Inc.

217 was so great to work with. We had just found out my daughter had cancer and I called about an estimate we had gotten previously to see if they could come before we brought her home from the hospital. They got us schedule within two days. The people that we had at the house to let them in said the guys were super nice while there. Would definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future.

Our kitchen sink has been backing up for years and we haven’t been able to pinpoint the problem. They were able to diagnose the source of the problem right away, remove it, and give advice on preventing future issues. On time and affordable, highly recommend.

We had a problem that no one else knew how to handle, and they can! They arrived at the time we agreed on, and were very polite and respectful. They also explained everything to me so I understood what the full problem was! Definitely going to call them if there’s any other work I need done!
