217 Inc installed our new water heater. I received quotes from 3 local companies, and they had the most competitive price. The technicians who installed the water heater were great! Very respectful of my house, wore booties and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend 217 Inc!!

These guys are absolutely amazing they are so professional and kind!! I can not express how thankful we are for our new fully installed heating and air system! When the 217 INC truck pulled up this morning I was overjoyed and can’t express my gratitude! Thank you is simply not enough!! So I will shout from the tallest mountain….. 217 did our cabinet installation, wiring, plumbing, built a structural column , did the backsplash and redid our fireplace and built a wall with new door including new dry wall.
It was worth it to have one contractor be able to do everything. Their attention to detail and quality of work set them apart from a lot of other companies.

217, Inc. is basically a one stop shop that can do any service, repair, remodel or build that a home or business owner needs.

The value of 217, Inc. is not only due to all the services they provide, more important is the quality of work they do.

They work efficiently, go beyond what’s necessary and pay attention to the little details that makes their work high quality.

We had the pleasure of working mainly with Richard. His craftsmanship was superb and he makes sure his clients are more than satisfied with the results.

I’m writing this review because 217 Inc. provides the quality of work we should expect but don’t always get.

I had a great experience with 217 Inc. I think the techs name was Tanner or Turner but he did an awesome job. He was very professional explained what was going on and did the job is in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our gas fireplace has been having issues over the past few weeks, the 217 technician arrived when they said he would, unfortunately the problem would not happen while he was here, but he did offer some ideas as to what might be the cause of the malfunction. I was impressed with his promptness and courtesy.

Jordan has been doing my HVAC maintenance for a few years now, and he has always been friendly, on time (actually always early!), and quick.

I’m always happy with the service I receive from 217. They have fit me in a couple times with minimal notice, they do high quality work, and they always check to make sure I’m happy. Thanks guys

The cover panel wasn't put on quite right, the cover switch was still taped. After a few hours the cover switch became untaped and the furnace wouldn't run. It wasn't a huge problem for us, as hubby knew what to check. But for someone who didn't know about it, it might've required a return visit. Other than that, they were ok.
