    Called them for plumbing help and they were excellent, and then again to repair damaged drywall. Shane and Trevor were an excellent crew - professional, courteous and quick. They did an fantastic job with the repairs and painting I'm extremely happy with how the project turned out. Thanks guys!

    Follow up June 2023 - I needed my A/C checked and Jordan did an excellent and efficient job. I appreciate that he diagnosed and offered solutions to my actual problem without immediately trying to see me a new furnace. (Unlike some other HVAC companies I've used ಠ_ಠ)

    217, Inc. has really nice employees; from those who answer the phone, schedule and perform the job. Our technician, Greg, communicated to me well, was on time every time, and got the job done. There was a hefty price tag involved, and I didn't get to compare what it may have cost to have someone else do it, but I feel like it was worth it. We will be using them again.

    217 has provided great service at reasonable prices promptly. Includes a new garage heater, new wash basin installed in bathroom, new shower head adjusted for height and numerous other repairs and installs
    Seems they’re here every week for one thing or another, I’ve asked for a resident plumber however they declined 😂.

    Very responsive and worked quickly. They were very professional. My only gripe is that I was charged $105 for 2 guys being there for 5 minutes. Otherwise it was a Great experience.

    1 STAR OR LESS FOR COST, PRICES, VALUE

    I am 72 and it seems as though I am always shocked by the prices of everything anymore. The experience with 217 inc fell in that category. I called with a furnace not working situation. They arrived sooner than scheduled which I appreciated. The tech quickly found the igniter not working. He came to me with the part in hand and told me it was $80 for the service call, it will be $281.35 for purchase and install of part. For a total of $361.35. I was amazed, not in a good way but my wife and 3 year old granddaughter were going to be back soon so I gave the go ahead. He was done pretty quickly. After signing off I went to Amazon and looked up silicon igniters. There was one listed specifically for Trane, which I do not have at $65. Then there were a ton listed between $20 and $40, with the bulk under $30. I felt like I was taken advantage of and phoned 217 inc. Finally talked to a vice president, told him at 1 time in the dead of winter in the middle of the night I called P n P, who I had purchased the furnace, AC and hot water heater from, they diagnosed over phone, instructed me how to remove and lightly sand or clean igniter and put back in and it worked fine all these years today. Made me wonder if that could have been done again. Anyway, he explained the $80 service call was for diagnosis only, regardless of how long that took, 5 minutes or 2 hours is $80. Then they use industry standard BOOK prices for purchase and installing a part. Mine was easy and quick but if it had been all rusty and took 2 hours it would have still been $281.35. Well that made me feel better that I was subsidizing someone who would have a more difficult installation. I asked if I could get a breakdown of the price for the part and the labor and was told it does not list it that way. He said he would check the part number to make sure they used the correct book prices and let me know. That was Friday afternoon as of 11:00 AM Monday I have not heard any more. In the end, I think the tech was here for an hour or maybe 90 minutes and I was charged $381.35 for a part that most likely cost $25. I may be wrong but that just does not seem right.
    For most of the things a person would rate I would give 4 or 5 stars. BUT FOR PRICING OR VALUE 1 STAR OR LESS.

    217 sent Tanner out for my initial water heater installation. Tanner noticed my sump pump was having some issues and suggested that it be repaired due to the lost water and cost that would be associated with that, and he was correct, my next bill was $100 higher than normal. He came out and fixed the sump pump and replaced 2 outdoor spigots at the same time. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend 217 and will use them in the future.

    I emailed 217 on a Monday night because our air wasn't working and they called me by 8:15 Tuesday morning. They sent a tech (Pat) out that day and gave me the news I feared. Our 21 year old system was shot. Technician contacted an estimator (Jake) and he was there withing the hour. I had a complete bid with various options by the end of the day. Wednesday I spoke to Jake several times and he guided me through the decision making process with zero pressure. Thursday morning Manny and Austin were at my house and had the new HVAC system installed by that afternoon. Great group of people from start to finish. Impeccable customer service. Thank you 217.
