217inc responded quickly to my service call for a failed sump pump. Their plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the sump pump in a professional manner.

217, Inc. Installed a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal plus the plumbing that went with it all. I'm very pleased with their work. They were fast, clean and very efficient. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I had an emergency situation on a hot day. Cameron answered the phone and was very professional. He informed me that, although they were booked for the day, they were able to come out after hours. He then explained that it would be at a higher rate (this is completely understandable and what I would expect from any service call business.) I was then given the option for setting an appointment for the next business day (it was a Friday, so it would have been Monday). I opted for the after hours service. A short while later, Cameron called and informed me that one of his technicians had some time to come out now and that I would not have to pay the higher after hours rate. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired by Drew for what I consider to be a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend 217.

Showed up on the scheduled day at the appropriate time, and installed it fairly quick on 10/17/22 and it has been running great ever since. Haven't tested the AC yet, due to it being cold out, but will be testing it come mid to late spring.
