Called them out for a sewer repair after a different local company came out for 10 minutes, charged me $200 and left. They initially came out with a camera to inspect. They confirmed that the line was broken. They were able to repair within a week and charged a very fair rate.

They were great to work with, even around a busy holiday weekend. Will definitely use them again.

After returning home from a belated holiday due to the Arctic Blast, there was no heat in the house, and more cold weather was less than 24 hours away. Jerrod arrived more than one hour early, found the faulty part in just a few minutes (failed thermal overload switch), had a replacement in his truck, and voila, we have heat again! We purchased this house in June. The heat stopped working a couple days ago. It appeared that 217 was the installation company that installed the system. I called them 30 minutes before they opened and left a message with their after hours call center. 15 minutes later I got a call and they said they could be right out. 30 minutes later they came out and found out that the circuit board failed and would have to be replaced. They looked into it and found out that it was still under warranty but had to order the part from Indiana. It wouldn't be in until the midday the next day. Not much I could do but agree.

The guy that came out to do the repair called me later that evening and it turns out that they made the trip to Indiana to get the repair first thing in the morning!

The level of care, concern for our wellbeing, attention, communication, and professionalism blew me away. Really impressed with them. I have an AC unit that will need to be replaced soon and I will be using them. I will also keep them in mind with other repairs they specialize in. Cannot recommend them enough. 217 inc. Came and fix my water heater for a a way cheaper price than chief and bauer. They also was more professional. I will definitely use their services again.

217 inc (Patrick) replaced the flue pipe to our water heater, and Tanner replaced both of our outside water spigots as well as replacing a shut-off valve in our crawl space. Both jobs were handled professionally and explained well.

In the midst of a community full of frozen and burst pipes I was lucky enough to get 217 out to deal with a clogged sewer line with tree roots and install a clean out. They were great! Prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. They ran a camera, did a high power jet wash of the line and eased our worries in a very professional way since we only have the one toilet. I'd definitely recommend them.
