When I called Bash to have them fix my broken a/c unit, I was expecting to be told I would have to wait weeks (like so many other business will tell you) before they could see me. They apologetically said they didn't have any openings that day, but they did have openings the next day and week...
They entire rest of my experience with them has compared to that first one. The technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant, the owner is considerate. I highly recommend this business.

Have used Bash for maybe 40 years for yearly heating and cooling maintenance. These folks are competent, trustworthy, and efficient. And the nicest folks as well.

We cannot say enough about the service we received from Bash. The heat pump reversing valve was stuck and not working. The first quote another company, they did not have the know how to replace it and quoted us a new system for over 8k. The second quote same story but a less expensive brand name and 1 year warranty. Bash had the experience and know how to replace the valve. Our unit is only 7 years old and should last at least 20 years. No one told us that. We are extremely happy with the honesty and service we received.

We were recommended to use Bash by 2 different friends. The technician was very professional. He attempted to fix the faulty part on our furnace before determining that it needed to be replaced. We called Monday morning for the repair, and he arrived in the window they gave us to expect him in the afternoon. Hopefully we won't need to call again any time soon. But if we do, we'll be using them again.

AC was not working and Bash technician was here before noon. Diagnosed a failed blower motor in the condensing unit. They did not have a replacement motor in inventory so they adapted a different motor to do the job until the replacement gets here. Their service has always been top-notch!

I am very disappointed in Bash, they took over 5 months and 3 different technicians to install a part that was under warranty and when it was installed it immediately broke and caused the heat to run at 90plus degrees for over 3 weeks while I was traveling. It could have caused a fire and when I complained and requested a refund I was refused by Mr. Bash himself without even an apology.

Bash Heating and AC is family owned. Their pride in what they do shows in their customer service! They responded quickly and took care of the problem right away. Thanks so much Bob and Rob!
