Omni Home Comfort

We went with Omni after some nightmarish dealings with our home warranty company and another HVAC company. Aaron really went above and beyond to keep us aware of the steps and making us feel comfortable about reaching out with any questions or issues and even how to get better help with the warranty company. Our old system was a dinosaur (an 500 pound unit!!!) and we knew it’d take extra work to get it replaced and he put in extra hours to get it up and running. He also quoted us for duct cleaning, which we’re going to schedule soon, at a rate lower than other companies we’ve spoken to. Home ownership is rough and it constantly feels like you’re being taken advantage of, but Omni feels like you’ve got a friend in the business. 12/10 would recommend.

After being without air conditioning for one year, I decided to give Omni Home Comfort a call. Aarons quote was drastically and by far the lowest quote I received compared to other companies. Rather than recommending to replace the unit, he showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix the issue with tools he had in his truck the same day. He stayed after hours and explained everything along the way. He got my air conditioning up and running. I highly recommend you give this company a try because they are skilled and honest. He's also a nice guy!!

Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained the process in a way that I was able to easily understand and make decisions that helped to save us a lot of money. The prices were fair and he provided high quality work! I would definitely recommend him and would use him again!

Aaron took excellent care of our home and family. He made sure to check every possible avenue of repair for our AC unit before replacing it quickly and efficiently. Our furnace and thermostat then decided to give out and he repaired those immediately. We are very lucky to have used his services and highly recommend his work!

Aaron and Steve came out to fix my frozen pipe issue, which ended up being a way bigger project than anticipated and took a full 24 hours to resolve. They went above and beyond to work with my leasing manager and the water company to get me running water again, and were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so much fun to talk to throughout the process! Omni Service Group is truly second to none!

I had Aaron and Steven come out and fix my furnace. They made sure that I was getting the best possible deal and saved me from having to get a new furnace entirely. They even offered to come in on a holiday or come back after hours when they needed to special order parts! They were great.

The value far surpasses the other estimates we have received for a new Air Conditioner/Heater Furnace and Water heater! It has been a pleasure to work with Aaron and Stephen. We are looking forward to the difference the new systems will make. The military/veteran discount is a plus.

These guys are 5 stars for sure. After an ongoing problem with my furnace Aaron took extra time to help me figure out what was going on. They even came out after 5 so I didnt have to take time off of work! Thanks guys!

Awesome job and he fixed the problem fast. I would recommend him. He came out and made sure me and my children had heat and the job was done
