I've never been a customer of your business and truly dont remember posting this rating or know why I would have....sorry for the confusion and I upgraded you to 3 stars bcuz I dont know much about what you do or your business....but as I research and find out more rating could will adjust accordingly

I’m so grateful for Omni! My furnace was making an awful noise and with the frigid weather I was worried about it going out. I called Omni in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Omni!!!
