Hilary was very professional and knowledgeable. She said I did everything right in my own efforts to keep my a/c from freezing.
Just needed to be a little more patient in thawing out the ice on the lines.
I was thankful she came out to check everything to make sure it was in fact working.

Darcy practically held my hand through the whole process. I don't believe he was trying to sell me on anything just doing his best to answer my questions. There is quite the learning curve due to changing funds, energy supplier, and set up. Ashley was very quick to responding to any questions I had thought email. When the time came to break ground the crews where in and out. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is communication could have been better. It could be from my own misunderstandings but there where times I wasn't sure what happened. I do not regret my install. Check with me again in 10 years.

I had maintenance done on my HVAC system by Edelman since they're the ones who initially installed all the systems in my subdivision. I've been very impressed by the quality of their technicians, particularly Grant and Lars. They really methodically worked through the problem and demonstrated a deep understanding of the systems, and used that to develop a solution and/or a plan for future problems. I highly recommend Edelman, and also the monthly membership which has been worth it for time and cost savings.

I appreciate that they give a window of time when to expect them, and the name b if the tech who will arrive. I also like that the tech calls to give a heads up when b they are on their way. They always clean up after they complete their work.

Was charged $186 for a 5 minute job to replace an LED can light (faulty light that they installed 2 years ago when house was built - we've had 4 other of the same can lights replaced when under warranty). Was quoted $100 before they came out. Upset by cost discrepancy. Tech was nice and did a great job but couldn't do anything about the price.

I had a very large and heavy chandelier that needed to be replaced with a new one I ordered. My old fixture was over 20 years old, on a motorized cable in a 2 story foyer.
The new fixture was not compatible with the existing cable, so the technician had to be creative and customize it so it would work. It was a time consuming and at times challenging job, but the new chandelier was installed and it looks beautiful. The team was extremely professional, polite and respectful of my house and my time.
All around the experience was incredible. I will most definitely be recommending Edelman's to my friends.

Edelman’s did several projects around my home, including installing boxes for new light fixtures, installing switches, and replacing broken and 2-prong outlets.The process was easy and everyone involved thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done, the drywall repairs that I’d need to do, and most critically, how much it would cost. The completed work was exactly as described, and in fact, the electrician even installed a box behind an old light fixture to make it safer. I just felt like everyone cared about doing it right and making sure I was well informed throughout. I highly recommend Edelmans!

Electrical Technician Matt Corey replaced the electrical breaker panel.
Matt did an excellent job, Matt was on time, had a great attitude and explained the procedure of the job. Coordination with the power company and city electrical inspector all went smoothly.

A really bad storm took out most of a tree, bemding the heck out of my weather head and mast. They were out here the next day to replace it. Great service! Highly recommend!

Lars was very professional and we are very satisfied with his service. He talks with a lot of passion and he was very trustworthy!
