Bratcher went above and beyond with their service. Kirk made sure I was informed, he was available for all my questions, and was super kind through the whole process. The install crew was timely, professional, and super detailed. Highly recommend!!

Bratcher sent Dan Crafton upon our request to quote a replacement of the heater furnace and AC. He came to our house in Urbana and wore shoes sleeves before entering our home, that was a surprise to us as other company's sale did not. In addition to that, Dan was measuring all the dimension of the heater before quoting the price, other company's sale just told us would cause approximate price without made the measurement as Dan did. He was serious about his job and respect customer, answering all the questions that my wife had though we have not even committed to give this job to Bratcher. He was not pushy, while others would not response to our quote request due to new year. We satisfy with the job and the technicians sent to do the job was courteous also. It is our first time dealing with Bratcher no complain and highly recommend Dan and his team.

I was panicking. The furnace was not keeping up with the thermostat. A brutal Arctic storm was approaching with windchills well below zero. I called Bratchers. Our tech John arrived by 4 pm just as the temperature was plummeting and the blizzard was winding up. John had us sorted and fixed in under an hour. He and Bratchers literally saved us from possible peril. Thanks so much.

We got a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Bratcher's Heating and Air Conditioning. Bratcher's service was excellent.

Arrived EARLY installed AC unit and new thermostat and I barely knew they were there. Price was excellent. The person giving me the quote knew his stuff and actually didn’t push me towards things I didn’t need, which wasn’t true for some of the others. Fast, professional, and really good value. I shopped around a lot before settling on Bratcher and after going through the process I am glad I went with them. Their price and quality of equipment were the best I found and the install, sell and follow-up were very professional and it was obvious they took my project and my satisfaction very serious. I received many follow-ups to ensure I was satisfied with my new system and they addressed and resolved all of my concerns.

My old system would no longer respond to repairs. Bratcher was able to install a new furnace and thermostat the next day. The gentlemen arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and were thoughtful of the very cold conditions. They minimized the number of trips in and out of the house. They were very courteous and kept me informed of their progress.

The Bratcher rep took the time to understand what needed improved in my old system and then made a recommendation on the new system that would satisfy my needs. The crew that installed the system was very professional and efficient in getting the job done. In the past I have needed my old system repaired. It was those experiences with the people who came to my house for the repairs that influenced my decision to go with Bratcher's for my new system.

Great working with Bratcher's!! Highly recommend for any heating or cooling issues. The tech's that installed the new unit were friendly & professional, they did an excellent job! Two weeks after installation the compressor outside wasn't working, left a message for Jason & he was at the house within 20 minutes to check things out. A bug got into the unit outside and was blocking the signal for the compressor to turn on. He took care of the issue, and all is well!! Appreciate the great customer service!!!
