Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning

Positive all the way across the board. They kept me informed about expected installation date and then about the time it would take to get it installed. They were professional, polite and efficient, the installs went well and we are very satisfied with the equipment as well as the installation. Excellent job all around.

Matt came to fix our furnace . Fortunately did not have the parts but offered to go that night to get it. Decided it would be smarter to come back next day. Have me all my options so i could make a good informed decision. Very thankful he was my tech!!!!

The service rep John McIntosh was quick, friendly, informative, and competent. The AC unit's issue was addressed and we were back up to full power within 2 hours.

John showed up after having spent several hours on a roof in serious sun & heat. He was clearly sunburned, poor guy. He could easily have been in a bad mood. Instead he was extremely pleasant & was able to get my AC unit up & running in no time. He also did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. He even came up w/a great idea to gain access to a water spigot so he could clean the unit. We were so grateful for his help. Having him as the face we see along with the skill & professionalism he brings to the job will make me call Bratcher if this ever happens again.

Bratcher personnel were highly professional in the installation of a new heating system. A/C, and thermostat. They graciously explained the steps involved in the installation and explained the operation of the equipment when finished.

The installation procedures this company uses are very poor and unsatisfactory. I had a employee bump into a unit mounted on brackets using very small self tapping screws. See picture below. I had 2 other companies look at the installation and both said it was installed unsafe. I went a head and replaced unit for the customer because we are a legitimate company and felt it was the right thing to do. Regardless if the instaIion was the reason the unit was damaged. We did not want to use this company again for the installation but the customer insisted and also said it would be addressed with the new unit being installed. Went and check the unit out once it was installed and it was installed the exact same way. I would not recommend this company for any ac installations. Can't speak to other services.

John M does a great job! Next week the outside temperature will be down to -7 degree, but we can be sure that John kept up our HVAC system!

John was very efficient, answered our questions, and told use how to finish a problem by our self. Other Bratcher staff are always good. We recommend using Bratcher.

John was very professional. He came to our house at 10:15 pm and left after midnight. Without his service we would end up with a cold night in January. Thank you very much John!

My A/C unit was in need of replacement. Bratcher was quick to respond and I had a new unit in just a few days. Definitely recommend.
