Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lanz. We recently bought a 1940’s home with an addition that needed an updated HVAC system. It’s a complicated install given the age of the home and limited duct work. Other companies we consulted struggled to come up with a workable plan. I called Lanz, and our consultant, Michael Savage, figured out a way to give us everything we wanted for a great price on his first visit to our home. All of the equipment arrived in a timely manner and communication to set up the install was good. I really appreciated the professionalism of the installation team. They were great to work with. The whole experience was excellent, and I’m thrilled with the results. The ductless mini split system we have throughout the house now exceeds what we hoped for when we started shopping around. I highly recommend giving Lanz a call.

Lanz has been an amazing company to work with. In November of 2021 I had Kurt out to our home to provide me with a few estimates for potential upgrades to our homes HVAC System. My daughter has some pretty severe allergies and living in the country does not help. He spoke with me at length about different options and as I work with indoor air quality, respirators and other HVAC adjacent concepts spoke to me as more of a colleague during this visit. This was extremely reassuring for me and my wife, as with any sales person you want to know that they know what they are talking about and that they are not “just selling you something to sell it to you.”
After the visit he did exactly what he said he would do provided me with a few options and quotes to mull over in a VERY timely manner. Now comes the fun part of the story, about 2.5 weeks after I had the quotes my existing furnace just quit. It was a Saturday morning when we noticed and now it was December. I had Kurt’s company cell and I decided to give him a call though not expecting him to answer. Boy was I wrong, he picked up and was ready and responded with zero hesitation. They had a service technician to the house to evaluate the issue and tell us that the unit was not safe to use. Upon hearing the news he offered to bring out heaters so my family could at least stay warm over the weekend. And then first thing Monday morning he called and helped me creat a game plan to get things upgraded, all at no additional cost for the Saturday call out or the estimates since it was now emergent. Everything after that went off without a hitch.

The service technicians are amazing and the service plan is very reasonable as well. I would after just over 18months still give Lanz and their staff a 10/10. I would also and do recommend them to my friends and family!

These guys were awesome. My sink was clogged and disgusting one evening. It was around 7 pm. Most things were closed. I called these guys, left a voice mail, and 1 hour later they were at my home fixing it. The service wasn't cheap. But that's okay. The work was really professional. And the service man was really good. He not only fixed one sink but he also made sure the other one was also clean and serviced. And he did it by himself. Very diligent. Thanks guys. 5 stars

Every time we've run into any issue, Lanz ALWAYS responds promptly and professionally. They've made us feel appreciated while also taking care of our issues (new homeowners, older home= issues sometimes). This past weekend we called on a Saturday evening. The tech called us back quickly and while HE and Lanz couldn't help, he KINDLY sent us the name of two others who may be able to help. And! He was right! He put us to someone who can help and potentially at a fraction of the cost. Lanz saves the day for us yet again! And they'll do the same for you. They're the only one we'll call

I was happy to see a serviceman who has done work for me in the past. He is very professional, definitely knows his craft and is straightforward and honest. He replaced two hose spigots. He had to go down in the crawl space to do so. Both work perfectly, easy to turn on and off and no leaks. I continue to be very pleased with Lanz service.

Lanz did an above and beyond job on installing our water heater. It was replacing one that was almost 20 years old, so when it was removed there were other potential plumbing and gas connection problems that couldn't be seen. They spoke with me about changes that could made to make service easier in the future (better shut-offs) and installed a better washer discharge line that was hidden behind the water heater at the time. I so appreciated the forward thinking of the tech to discuss these changes rather than just going ahead and installing the water heater and leaving potential problems to arise in the future. I've had Lanz maintenance agreements for a few years which also give me peace of mind. Always professional and courteous!
