We’ve used Lanz several times over the last 10 years. From furnace installation to running new plumbing with multiple remodel projects. I’ll continue using them because they are reliable, honest, and answer all of my questions.

I have done work with Lanz twice now. The first time they had replaced my water heater and not only was it cheaper than anyone else by a couple of hundred dollars the tech was very professional.

The second time I had them install a spigot and Ron was very nice, did a great and quick job.

I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them even the lady answering the phone was pleasant to deal with. If you need work done, you should call them first. Thank you Lanz!

I called Lanz and they cleaned out our sewer line by the end of the day. I thought we had a busted pipe or something like that but all we needed was a good clean out. Shannon showed me a video of our sewer line and where the tree roots were. He also answered all my questions without giving me the feeling like I was being rushed. We will use Lanz again in the future.

Arrived earlier than estimated and quickly fixed the air conditioning. They were pleasant and respectful of the property as well as efficient.

Technician went to neighbor’s house to complete scheduled maintenance instead of ours. Had to call and inquire about timeframe for our appointment since there had been no communication from technician. Eventually connected with the technician and routine maintenance on unit was completed.

Easy to schedule appointment, called and arrived on time as scheduled. Performance maintenance check on AC unit both inside/outside and finished in one hour. Also used plastic shoe covers when working inside house.

Technician arrived within an hour of call being made. Technician ran through his test of furnace blower, system and verified work properly. It took about 20 minutes. Furnace blower is still working after 3 hours.

Terry responded quickly on a Saturday afternoon, was clearly friendly from our first phone conversation and followed that up with efficient, professional, and fast repair.
