Great experience. Responsive, timely, helpful. The agent that helped with my toilet that was backed up even suggested an items to buy so that I could do a bit more troubleshooting in the future.

The representatives I spoke to over the phone were kind. The gentleman that came out was very professional. He provided me all of my options and I had a good overall experience so far. He will be coming back next week to do the repair. Keep up the good work!

We had Lanz put in a new air conditioning and heating system a few years ago…. They did an excellent job and we have been very satisfied with our unit and their maintenance program! Highly recommend!

Our furnace stopped working and with our friends and family plan Lanz had a tech out in a couple hours. They sent Victor out and he had us going in no time . We got to know Victor when he helped on a new install at our last home . He's a very good tech and took time to explain everything and answer all questions. Travis replaced both kitchen sink drains. He was very professional and personable, did a great job. I have used Lanz several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work!

Have a maintenance agreement with Lanz. They just came out for the spring plumbing and cooling check. Did a thorough job, polite, careful, explained what they did and how things looked. All is in good working condition and I have peace of mind! Thank you 😊

Great service from the first day I spoke to someone about an estimate! They were very fast about coming out, getting an estimate and explaining everything! Price was very fair as well! When I decided I wanted a new system they were out with in a couple days and the installation completed! It’s been a couple months and they came out just to check on everything and make sure everything was running properly and if I had any other questions! 10/10 recommend!!

Jessie was knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive to our concerns. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. Terry came back out on a Sunday after another problem resurfaced. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. The issue was fixed the next day. Thank you again!

Great employee who was very courteous professional and did a very excellent job locating my sink faucet problem and also removing and installing a new drain line for my dishwasher and concealing the new drain hose above my ceiling tile in the basement. Can’t really say enough good things about him An employee you need to hang onto.
