Nick from Lanz Plumbing came to unclog my dryer vent and did an excellent job. I've had the vent cleaned several times in the past by other companies, but it always seemed to clog up again pretty quickly. Nick went down into the crawl space, found the real problem, and fixed it. Thanks, Nick, and thanks Lanz Plumbing!

A Saturday...shower and toilet backing up...washing machine overflowing.... Google search found Lanz. They came, arrived 2hours earlier, found the problem (roots) and cleaned it out, ran a camera to make sure and charged less than we expected. Super helpful, professional and friendly. In and out in 45 minutes.

I had called their office to get an estimate on a new system the young man that came out his name was Kurt was absolutely phenomenal he was very professional and very very honest with me and told me that I didn't need a whole new system at this time that maybe just the maintenance cleaning would help and he also told me that the filter that I was using I needed to get rid of right away and that could have been part of my problem I tell you if anybody needs anything for HVAC please call Lanz Heating and Air the professionalism and honesty is off the charts

These guys are amazing. Called on a Saturday afternoon when I had backflow from all my drains. From the phone call to the fix it was a total of 3 hours. Prompt service, excellent customer service , and super nice technicians!!! 10/10 would recommend.
