I think the person who took my call must have confused submersible deep well pump with sump pump when assuring me that they had a few guys who do that sort of work. Technician arrived within 4 hours and kindly explained that they do not work on well pumps and gave me the contact information for a company that does.

The service man was on time knowledgeable about his work. He went over his quote and made it clear to understand and even talked to my insurance company to explain his quote to them. He was very professional and did not mind my barking dog or nosey cat.

This was our annual HVAC inspection as well as the plumbing inspection. Chase was friendly and did a nice job with the HVAC. The plumber never introduced himself, never called in advance and had zero personality. He did the inspection but did not send a follow-up report. It seems that everything turned out fine though.

The ac maintenance tech that was sent to do our mini split system was not familiar with the ac system we have so, a different tech has to come back tomorrow to complete the maintenance. Apparently after the Aug 2022 installation, the paperwork on what kind of system we had and listed equipment, 4 Mitsubishi heads total: 2 6 and 2 12 units and the outside unit they are connected were not documented correctly. The correct maintenancet ech is scheduled for Thursday. Other than this mess up in documentation, the company has been very responsive and apologetic for this mistake. I still recommend them for their honesty a willingness to work with the customer.

Lanz was amazing from start to finish. Extremely responsive and helpful when explaining the options and giving their recommendation. They were very transparent and honest, and did not try to push any services or products on us besides what we needed. Installation was professional, clean and on time. They even brought us space heaters to use while we waited for the new furnace install.

Lanz is a wonderful company everyone we talk to is really nice and walks across the process. We had something that was clogging our pipe last night and they came out after hours and were really nice and again fixed our problem and told us what we needed to do next. I don't play it on going anywhere else and they have financing options to which are really nice. I also put H fax system because 2 years ago they Installed our new air conditioner and Furnace and the air conditioner was when we had a big heat wave and blessed their hearts they came out and it was 90 + 4 days
days while they got it fixed.

Could not be happier with the professionalism and efficiency of this company. Shannon took the time to educate us regarding the hazards presented by roots in the drain line and about home care to ensure that the line doesn't clog or burst in the future. Will use for any and all future plumbing needs!

My family and I absolutely LOVE Lanz! Jesse (Underground Solutions Manager), and his team, came to our home and did an outstanding job! They showed up right when they said they would, 7:30 AM. They were very kind and polite about getting started. They kept me informed the entire time about what they were doing, and what would happen next. It just so happens that 2 of the men working at our house that day were friends of ours, so that made the experience even better! Regardless, everyone on Jesse's team was so kind, and for a lack of better words, it felt like a big group of friends were at our house all day. They were all so friendly and full of laughter! They respected our home as if it was their own; wearing shoe covers the entire time, carefully moving our belongings to a better spot while working, and sweeping the floors when they were done. We very much appreciated Lanz for fixing our sewer issue in such a timely manner. They got the whole job done in one day, didn't rip up our yard, didn't rip up any flooring, and kept the house in order as they were inside. I couldn't dream of anyone else but Lanz taking care of this issue. We will always continue to love this company, the family-like care they give, and the amazing work they continue to do.

We had a sump pump failure due to an electrical short that flooded our finished basement. Lanz installed a water-powered backup sump and Night Eye system that provides backup to our sump should the power ever go out. The Night Eye monitors the system and sends us texts to our phones on any interruption to power or if the backup sump is running. Thank you Lanz for giving my wife peace-of-mind and getting me out of the dog house.
