Lanz was go great. I used them for downsprout underground to city water drain placed with excavation in 11/2021 and recent when my lateral sewage line broke. They came in at night emergency call Saturday at 6pm. Austin and kylie ..talked me thru the whole ordeal with my basement toilet over flowing with poop.water !!!...I never seen that and to be honest have post traumatic stress from it to.this day
They put camera and was able to get my home to be used and told they will send the info to lanz underground as lateral sewage drain was clay pipe like old infrastructure we have in US...Luke called me and came next day and got me a plan to replace that part and least amount excavation and price. I was not willing to.go.woth any other company as I know the work will be done right. Thank you Austin, kyle. LUKE, stevie.and Jon!

Helped me figure out what was going on under my garage floor where an old hydrant was. Tech was unable to do more than give me advice about what was found. No regrets but disappointed.

Very professional, explained new technology for connecting copper pipe, willing to answer all my questions, friendly, neat and clean appearance, cleaned up any mess he made, a pleasure to have in my house to do a water heater installation.

Nick showed up on time (on a hot Saturday) and talked through options to get our AC up and running again. Friendly and professional. Will use Lanz again in the future.
