This place states their returns are Easy and Fast. Well, they will find any way to keep your money. I purchased a $400 thermostat from them that would not work with my unit, which brings up that their description was as awful as their customer service. Yes, I had opened bags, and everything I used was returned as it would have been to any other vendor. Home Depot, Lowes, and Amazon, to mention a few, would have taken this back and refunded ALL my money. This RIP OFF company told me they were keeping all the money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Needed a pump for our woodburner and ordered one from Oozzio and received it the next day!!! Good price and great customer service. Talked to a human right away instead of automated!! 5 stars all around!!
