My tenant was unable to make the original diagnostic appointment so I did not use them, but they were very accommodating, responsive and patient with the rushed situation I was in.

I was referred to Shanco by a company I was attempting to hire that installed my a/c unit a few years ago. Cody came over right away to diagnose my furnace issues and kept me in the loop the whole process. The maintenance and repairs he did were thorough and, evidently, the solution! Cody was experienced, communicated well, didn't apply any pressure or over-sell tactics, and left everything tidy. Feeling toasty warm for the first time all Winter. Shanco is awesome. After having used 3 other reputable HVAC companies in the valley, we happened to call Shanco. This was over 2 years ago. Day and night difference from the others. We’ve now used them three times from maintenance all the way to full ductless system installs. These guys are awesome. We won’t even call anyone else having found Shanco.

Shanco initially installed a mini-split system in our room addition. They were very thorough with the install and tidiness. Later they came back and replaced the motor that was faulty and did a fantastic job. To expedite the motor issue, Scott had me send him a video text of the motor making an unusual noise. Within 10 minutes Scott had already ordered the part and had it installed within a week. I am recommending my neighbor to have Shanco install his min-split. Bravo Shanco!

SHANCO states that they put their customers first and they truly do. On the day of the install, the wrong furnace was sent to the job site. Brett, the owner, informed me that the correct one was not available and that they would install a unit that was available even though it was a higher- end model. In spite of the delay the job was still completed the same day and I was not asked to pay a penny more for a much more expensive unit. The installations done by Chris and Mikal were expertly done. I highly recommend SHANCO for its workmanship and for its integrity.

Very impressed with Shanco! It was about 2 hours from the time we called to having our AC up and running again. They are prompt and responsive and technicians are very professional. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Shanco early in the morning when my home's furnace stopped working. Brett was quick to respond, friendly, clear, and helpful. They worked around my schedule to fit me in to their busy day. They were able to come over that morning shortly after I called and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. Pricing was fair and they have a great team of guys that is kind and trustworthy and willing to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been working with Shanco for a few years now and always have an awesome experience with them. They ran a new gas line to a gas stove top, helped me relocate a water heater supply, replaced a coil on a wasp infected AC unit. Brett and Dustin are very personable, professional and easy to work with . They helped me figure out my best options with my interest as first priority.
