We had Shanco install a mini split in a converted garage space. They did a wonderful job and at a good price. There follow up after the initial quote and after the work had been done was much appreciated. They even sent a small thank you gift after completion. Thank you so much for going that extra step and being on time throughout the process.

My experience with this company was good. The sales manager was easy to work with and didn't try to oversell us. Installation day went well and the installers were very professional.

After installation we had some issues with noise coming from our heat pump. I notified Shanco and they sent out a technician, same day, to fix the problem. Great customer service!

They coordinated with other trades under the bid they did for us. The other companies they brought into our home had professional team members as well. They gave us an estimate of 3 days for installation and it only took 2 days. They are helping us get the Idaho power discount. The crew was very focused on the task and were all well-mannered, polite, and service minded. They helped make my kids feel special and helpful in the process. It was nice they were patient with them. They put drop clothes down and vacuumed after each day. They took away all the garbage. We got multiple bids and they were the most affordable, they had a unique product, and they were available to install sooner than any of the other companies. Thank you 😊

Good company, first place I called couldn't get to me for 7-8 days... ShanCo said they could be here tomorrow, tech Alex was great, showed up a little late but called to let me know before the time window was up. Diagnosed the problem correctly, compressor was shot! Not an easy fix, came back with quotes of 2-3k even using the warranty that had a week left, so at this point I'm thinking "let's just get a whole new unit" but ShanCo came in 2nd out of 3 quotes I got so I decided to go with another guy. I do recommend making ShanCo one of the companies to call if you need service or replacement work done! Very good company in a tough industry...

We recently had Shanco come out because our air conditioner wasn't working properly. While it was a fluke issue with our air conditioner and it was actually working perfectly when they arrived (and has been perfect since), I loved how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to check things out. Shanco installed our AC and furnace a few years ago and we will continue to work with them for years to come.
