We had Richard come and quote the price to fix our water heater. He was very professional and let us know that some of the issues involved would have to go through insurance, then he helped us locate a lot of the issue. Overall it was a good experience and when we get the proper papers in order we will definitely use this service in the future.
Roland and his management team don’t back their work. Access Heating installed a humidifier in our home and when we paid to have it serviced it failed shortly thereafter, causing a leak in our subfloor running under our kitchens wood floor. When this issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to send out technician Michael to investigate the issue. Mike stated the installation of the humidifier should never have been completed the way it was, reminder their own tech did the install and service and never once indicated this unit could be at risk. Mike promised to my and my wife’s face that the company would make sure to fix the issue by opening an insurance claim.
Fast forward 3 weeks and I get an email from Roland stating that because I tampered with the unit that they were not going to be assuming responsibility for the issue and ruined floor. The only tampering that was done to the unit was turning off the water to stop the leak!
In the 3 weeks we were waiting for the repairs to happen to our floor, I even had Access come out and service our AC unit and paid for this service. Not a good practice to promise your customers that an issue would be resolved, while accepting more business from them, just to turn around and tell them to pound sand.
Extremely disappointed in being lied to multiple times and shame on me for trusting them to hold up their end of the bargain. I would steer very far from this these guys. They say all the right things to get your wallet open and then fall flat on following through.

The folks who came out were very kind and understanding of our situation. We didn't get the work we wanted done because the price was too much for us and we've come up on hard times, but it was a very pleasant interaction and we intend to call upon them again later on when we have more resources. They were professional, prompt, clear, and provided detailed explanations that were easy to understand.
Michael our tech was very professional and informative about the process and pointed out things that could be done to maximize the life of our unit without being pushy. We ended up having the blower fan and housing cleaned out as an extra caution as we had excess dust in the home. I would highly recommend this company for their customer service
I met the company at a local vendor home remodel show and chose to use them for service with buying a new home a few months ago. With a 20+ year old home I wanted to get my hvac system serviced. They had a great price promo going on and came out on time, with real time updates of their arrival. The tech, Tyler, was great, knowledgeable and trustworthy with his information and skills and I didn't have to feel worried they were gonna try to convince me of a repair or replacement.
I am very happy with the service and even more happy with the company and technician hired for the service. Thank you for making this person, me, feel like I got a great deal and service. Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

He came out on Super Bowl Sunday and replaced a part to fix our furnace in less than than 30 minutes.
We had scheduled a repair with another company but they wanted to charge $250+ for weekend work. Tyler even waived the $70 service call fee and just charged for parts and labor.
We’re VERY happy to have the heat back on. Thanks Tyler!

Richard was amazing! He was quick, timely, and professional. Took the time to really understand and evaluate the problems we were experiencing but also to understand our needs and wants going forward. He took the time to understand our goals and determine the best potential fixes for our relatively young system. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to duplicate and confirm the issues we identified and gave us a range of solutions based on how extensive of a fix they could provide. From something as simple as trying a new thermostat to completely reducting the house. He gave a clear, concise, and simple to understand explanation so when he left we felt fully aware of our options in order to decide how we felt best to proceed. 100% will be using Access for all of our HVAC needs in the future. He even had the right size filters we needed to replace and upgrade our filters for routine maintenance (which we were woefully overdue for new filters). I’ll recommend them to all my friends and family in the Treasure Valley!
These guys came out and tried to take advantage of my mother as her A/C was out. Quoted 9-14K and gave sunsetting pricing if she didn’t agree to fix it that day. She then got two additional estimates. Access was trying to fix things that were not needed and overpriced. Totally disingenuous and lacking business ethics. Ensure you always get quotes regardless of what the HVAC contractor says.
