Access Heating & Air Conditioning

I had Access put in a large ductless Lennox AC and Heat Pump Eco Saver. The team at Access is quite impressive and are punctual, neat and offer tutorial in using their products. The work was professionally done from start to conclusion. First, I met with the sales team for an estimate and overview of what unit I would need. Everything was a "no pressure" sales. Then, a date was set for the installation. This team was highly skilled and made sure the unit was aesthetically installed in the home area and running smoothly. I highly recommend Access for your HVAC service and needs.

Called in the afternoon and they were here the next morning. I was not an existing customer, so was pleasantly surprised with the quick response. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, patient and helpful. Technician,, Nowell, was on time, accessed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. He did a system check and cleaning while waiting to make sure the air was back. He was pleasant and friendly but focused on the job.

Jared was on time and performed the inspection on both of our A/C systems. He provided a thorough explanation on everything he did and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. He also inspected other areas and gave us possible solutions and suggestions to help answer the concerns we had about heating and cooling the master bedroom. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend Jared and the company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and dependable business.

Luke came out this morning to help me get my A/C back up and running after it went out last night. He was very helpful and professional and went over very detailed results with me. Very happy with service received. They performed winter furnace servicing. Guys were professional and friendly. Pointed out a few items on my 16 year old system to keep an eye on as they may be a problem in the next couple of years. They also took a look at our water heater & tankless water heater & pointed out a problem to call our home warranty about.

This was the second time we've used Access and Jarrod was our technician. He's great at explaining the apparatus, very personable and professional. Great job!!
