Access Heating and Air did a great job. They sent a crew of 4 young men who worked hard and got everything installed in about 6 hours. They explained things to me and everything works great.

The company reps from the time that I met them and the follow up phone call and communication was great. In addition, the technician was very professional and kept me informed and updated every step of the way.

Good communication from dispatch on when the tech wound arrive. Live tracking. Tech wore booties. Didn't see exactly what the tech did, but seemed informative. Not overly pushy.

Jared Fox was the technician that was sent out. He did an amazing job of completing our preventive maintenance and giving me options of upgrades and other related products for our system. When I asked for information on UVC air cleaning, he provided a vast amount of information to help us choose our best option.

Tyler is amazing as usual! Second time out to service our system. He is very thorough, explains everything that was done or needs to be at the next system check. He sends out We are monthly subscribers for the maintenance plan and it's well worth it.

Tyler their Tech person was outstanding. I have used Access a number of times and like the fact their employees are friendly and honest. I gave them 5 stars but I would really like to see them improve their estimated times of arrival. It would be helpful if their dispatcher would give an updated eta when their tech gets an unexpectedly complex job. I have spent way more time waiting on the tech to arrive than I have waiting to see my doctor.

The technician (Tyler) was out within a couple hours of my initial call. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed honest. He didn’t have the necessary part on his truck but waited while a delivery driver brought it. The installation was quick and he explained everything at the proper technical level without getting too detailed. Do whatever you can to keep techs like this around. They are not common.
