Michael from Access Heating and Air responded to my residence for its yearly AC maintenance. I was extremely impressed with Michael’s attention to detail and the time he spent on site to conduct a thorough technical examination, which lasted well over an hour. His knowledge and expertise was beyond impressive. He took the time to explain everything in lay terms with regards to the status of my HVAC system. There was no pressure to conduct the further work that my system required. I highly recommend Access Heating and Air, and more importantly, would recommend Michael as your tech. He is a great representation of the company.

Excellent service! They were able to see me quickly, the dispatcher and front office were very courteous. Jared, our technician, was professional and efficient, offering a few options for repair. The service, from diagnosis to repair, was completed within the afternoon and now our AC runs better than ever.

The company is very good about updating you how far out your technician is from your house. The tech, Richard, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained issues very clearly, and didn't push services or new equipment on us that we preferred to wait on until a future time.

Tyler, was the on call technician for us this evening, and we couldn’t be happier with his service! He was very informative, personable and had excellent communication. Our furnace had been slapped together by someone who clearly doesn’t know how to do HVAC. Tyler explained reasoning as to why this was severely incorrect, and provided us with a “quick fix” solution to get us by, until we decide what we are going to end up doing about our system. He told us we could scrape by with what we have and use the “quick fix” solution - until our unit dies (which could be 1-3 years from now), or go with a new system. Either way, he said there is no pressure on us from him, and he understands if a “quick fix” is all we need for now. Very pleased with his service, and very pleased with Kenyon’s (the dispatcher) service as well. Awesome company to work with so far.

Was just getting a quote for a AC relocation. Michael was honest and detailed about the quote and provided valuable advice. I am still shopping around to have the work done, but may end up hiring Access.
Edit: decided to not use access, and im shocked by the quote differences this company provides compared to others in my area. I Paid ~ $3600 less for the same job access quoted me.
Their guys are great, and the service is top notch, but when comes to the business side, i was not impressed.

Michael was on-time, friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he found and offered estimates for various repair options. The service call was for an A/C tuneup, which he completed quickly and also found some issues with the furnace that he gave us multiple estimates on. Great service, great tech.
