I have 5 rentals in one of my rentals the thermostat did not work well. I called them and they came out, I got a bill for 528.00 for just a thermostat plain thermostat which I looked up and they start at $39.00 dollars. He was only there for no more than a half hour. I called their office and they said We have to pay for employees in the office and train also and other things . Do you think I should of paid $528.00 for about 15 minutes of work?
