Access Heating and Cooling was called to fix a heating problem at the last minute and the technician was dispatched in less than 45 min. The technician was Michael; I have worked with him before. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very transparent about what is wrong, and what it is going to take to fix the problem. He makes sure everything is in working order, and the problem is solved before he leaves. I would recommend Access, and Michael for any of your heating/AC issues.

We paid to have an attic fan installed. They canceled our first appointment because "the part" wasn't it. Didn't bother to tell us they canceled. They never contacted us when "the part" came in, we had to keep calling them. When we finally did get it rescheduled, they were an hour and a half late. They were only here for 45 minutes. We were told that a full installation was needed, which included cutting a hole in our wall, etc. $1000 dollars for them to bolt a fan to an existing attic vent. We could have bought the fan ourselves for $300 and paid an electrician to install it, and still come out cheaper than what we paid Access Heating. When my husband and I inquired about the pricing (because I was told by the installer that I'd get an updated invoice), they gave us the run around for a week. When they realized we weren't going to give up, they flat out told me that "we don't do that." The incompetent receptionist had the audacity to tell me that "they really tried to get us the information we asked for" as I canceled our account with them.
