Access Heating & Air Conditioning

Got help on a Sunday evening after my AC went out.
Luke was extremely professional and his communication was awesome.
He showed up in a clean van, looking well kept, and was efficient in dealing with the issue while explaining what the problem was.
This is what customer should be and although I’m not looking forward to the next problem, I’ll be happy to call these folks when it arrises.

I had the opportunity to have Nowel Vincent come and do the system maintenance on my two furnaces in my house. He is the same technician that I had do my AC tune up as well, I don't know if Access heating and air tries to keep the same technicians with the same clients, but I'll tell you it was awesome having a familiar face come and do the work today instead of somebody new. I hung out with him again while he worked and chatted about family, work, and everything in between. He was even willing to try some Canadian treats I brought back from my honeymoon. As always everything was great and I'm excited to see Nowel again for my AC tune up!

Friendly and knowledgeable, we had to replace the water heater and Andrew made it a stress free transaction.

After spending Friday thru today, Monday noon with no AC, I was so very impressed with the quality of my technicians work. He took the time to listen to me and respond to my concerns/questions. He was very thorough and explained what the problem was with my AC so that I actually understood why it had quit on me :) I will most definitely reach out to Access Heating & Air Conditioning any time I have a problem, and will also refer this company to others!! Michael was awesome, needed a new air duct added in a tight space. He go creative with me and found a way to add it in.
