Peppy Heating and Cooling is great to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable and care about doing a great job! We’ve utilized their help for a few years now at both an office building and at our personal residence. They are always very professional and stand by their work. For replacement services or when we decided to install a mini split the owner, Brett, is very responsive to answering questions and helping figure out what makes sense. Great communication and follow-up.

Juan was thorough in examining my entire system, took pictures and explained in detail all the repairs needed.
There was no pressure to replace or upgrade my system, even though it's over 30 years old.
He also found an evaporative component which was completely missing that had caused water to accumulate and begin to mold.
It's undetermined how long my system has been without this component, but I will say that while I had a VIP subscription for 3 years with Western Heating and Air they never caught it or fixed it.
I'm very happy with Peppy's, they've definitely earned my trust and patronage

I had a relatively small project. The 2 guys were here on time, worked fast, cleaned up and just did a fine job. They also did some venting work a few weeks ago, related to a large remodel. They are now my go to company.

Cody serviced my HVAC systems (2 furnaces and 2 AC units). He was professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. He provided me with updates on the state of systems and suggestions on maintenance going forward. I plan on using Peppy on all my future HVAC needs. I had talked to Brett, the owner, on the phone. I appreciate how he cares about the service his company provides.

Alex was really wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options and estimates for repair. He provided emails with photos immediately after the appointment. He was prompt, efficient and communicated well. The work he did was high quality and we couldn’t be happier.

I found SHANCO Heating and Air on Goggle Reviews and am sure glad that I did! Brett, Owner, answered the call and was happy to meet me right away to help me with a Ductless HVAC system for my shop where I also have my office. The estimate was very fair and Brett gave me several options to consider. I choose a Mitsubishi unit that was rated correctly for my size shop. I signed the order with Brett using his tablet. His crew were amazing and at my location in just a couple of days. They handled everything, they hired out the electrician who was great, and also got the permits all taken care of. The installers were all great people and cared about all that they did! The unit runs fantastic and I am very happy with it. Brett later came back and helped me with an optional wireless thermostat that he programmed for me based on what I asked it to be set at. The unit also came with a remote control. Brett also helped me get a 12 month same as cash interest free loan with Wells Fargo. The level of service and their professionalism exceeded what I was expecting! The first company that I called never called me back, and I called them again and never got a call back. I am sure glad that others left positive feedback about SHANCO Heating and Air! Otherwise I still maybe waiting for someone else. I highly recommend them and will use them again if and when I need something.

An exhaust hose for a bathroom fan broke in a tight spot. The unit was too close to the soffit to make for an easy repair. That unit needed removed and a new bathroom fan needed to be installed in a more accessible spot. Others told me they would have to make the space in the drywall larger for accessibility. Alex did a great job approaching this task.

Alex looked at the problem carefully and said he would do his best to avoid making more damage than necessary. He did exactly that! He was able to find a way to complete the job by avoiding any unnecessary demolition. Alex made a challenging job very easy by looking at the problem, planning accordingly, and following through with his approach.

Alex made me feel comfortable. There were no high pressure sales pitched. He was solely responsive to the job I needed completed and explained options of his approach to me clearly.

The quote Alex and his team gave me fit my budget and alleviated a lot of stress.

I got quotes from 3 different companies for a new furnace and Peppy was the best on price, quality, and follow through. We worked with Alec and team to get the best deal on financing and product and I couldn’t be happier with everything! I would highly recommend them!

In the fall of 2020 I decided to install a mini-split system in my garage / gym / workshop area. I did quite a bit of research on different brands on local companies for installation.

Brett Shannon, owner of SHANCO Heating & Air, presented a comprehensive presentation on their product (Mitsubishi) and installation process. It was important to me that the system not only work well but that it also have a clean look inside the garage and outside where the compressor would be mounted. Brett listened to my concerns about this and was very responsive. He even arranged for his electrical sub-contractor to meet with me to go over the job prior to the install to insure it would meet my needs (Brett attended this meeting, as well).

On the day of the install Brett's team was on-time and ready to go. The entire installation was done in one day with minor wrinkle that left a few small holes in the dry wall. When I spoke with Brett about this he immediately took ownership of the mistake and arranged for a dry-wall repair contractor to repair the damage at SHANSO's expense. The dry-wall guy did a good job and everything looks great.

I went with the Mitsubishi mini-split cassette system that mounts flush into the ceiling. Fantastic!

I highly recommend SHANCO Heating & Air. Truly professional, clear in their communication, and follow-up to insure that the client is happy. These guys are now my "go-to" Heating & Air Company.
