Peppy Heating and Cooling

Peppy is absolutely amazing! They recently installed half of our new ductless system in our manufactured home (we are planning the other half for later in the year). The steps/teams that lead up to our installation today were absolutely great from diagnostics on our old system, the sales team showing us our options, to our installation on our ductless system. There were no questions that went unanswered and I had a lot! They were amazing with our pets and working around me having to work from home. They were timely, had great financing options, communicated well, and were knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough, they even found a way to keep our house cooled before installation which was super important for me being pregnant and uncomfortable all the time! You can't go wrong with any of their services! Thank you Peppy, can't wait for the other half of our installation later this year!

We had our old system quit working during the winter and Pepys came that day to see if it could be fixed. It couldn’t so they were able to give us several quotes and they worked hard getting it up and running for us quickly. While we for our new system to be installed they brought us space heaters to keep us warm! They worked late trying to get it up and running. Everything was great! Thanks!!

Easy to schedule on line. Arrived at scheduled date. Serviceman went over maintenance details and promptly began cleans, maintenance, and A/C electrical checks. 3rd time I've used their service and plan to continue.
