We received excellent service from Alley today. Our home is less than two years old, and our furnace suddenly stopped working. From the time we first had contact with the owner of Alley to the time the technician arrived at our home and had the furnace running again was less than two hours. I appreciate their friendly, prompt and thorough service!

I had issue with AC from the first summer that I bought the house. I guess this would be a combination of getting a poor quality escaping manufacturing and coming to customer and maybe with a little bit of installation problem too. Alley heating had spent lot of time in finding the root cause and fixing it , compressor changed which might have been manufacturing problem, but after that also it still continued to give trouble for another 2 years with pressure building up. From the field that I work in I would say once in a while you get this kind of problem which is difficult to diagnose and fix, but they did it with patience. I'm happy about their professionalism and commitment shown to fix the issue.

I was so fortunate to have had Alley Heating and Air come service my furnace today. They came out in less than 12 hours of notifying them of an issue. I had two others come out before with unsatisfactory results. Peter, the technician, resolved my "zoning" issues within an hour. The furnace is once again working efficiently. Thank you to Peter and owner, Oleg Chervak. I would recommend highly.

Oleg did not install unit correctly in 2015. Then a fleet of Olegs staff tried, finally Alex tried for four years to fix the unit failing ever summer and finally frying the control panel this summer. Carrier replaced the parts but it was due to Alley's incompetence. Alley never did get it installed correctly or working properly after years of trying and not warrantying their work. Finally, Alex told me to call someone else to have it installed and repaired. Zero stars. Would never use again.

After waiting for over an hour for Alley to show up to a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am, I called to see what was going on. The person I spoke with apologized for missing the scheduled time, saying they were on their way. About 5-10 minutes later, I received a call from the same person asking if I was available around 3pm that day as he had a staff meeting he had forgotten about, which is why he missed the appointment...Interesting. I was curious as to why that wasn't mentioned during our first conversation.

I was not available later that day as I had take the morning off from work to meet at the scheduled time and had to get back to work for afternoon meetings. I was annoyed. I told him I'd consider rescheduling at another time and that I was disappointed in the lack of communication and that I took time off work for this appointment and felt totally blown off. He didn't have much to say to that.

Later that afternoon, I got a call from a manager (or owner?) and he said that the person who was scheduled to come to my home that morning got a nail in their truck tire, resulting in a flat tire and that is why they couldn't make the appointment time. Um, what? Strike three.

I never rescheduled my appointment, so I can't speak to the quality of their work, however, the missed appointment and lies were enough for me to look elsewhere.

Oleg came to our house in winter, on a Saturday, when our furnace stopped working (we tried everything we could to get it back on ourselves). He said he’d come in 45 minutes and he did! Surprisingly very affordable and quick. Oleg was a gentleman and gave us recommendations afterwards. I highly recommend that you call Oleg! I stumbled upon his company by driving by one of his parked work trucks in my neighborhood (south boise).

Mike did a very good job. He took his time to make sure my system is working properly. The quality is excellent! If I could redo the HVAC, I would call Alley Heating and Cooling again.

One of your techs was recklessly speeding though my neighborhood. He was coming up to the street that I was driving on and he had to slam on his brakes, ignoring a stop sign, so he wouldn’t hit me. Then to make this even more frustrating, when I try to call your office to talk to someone about this all I get is a cellphone voicemail that doesn’t name your company, I can only assume it’s the wrong number.

Oleg came over within an hour of our call to take a look at the furnace. He was able to get it back up and running quickly at an affordable price.

Great job! They came out to my house and took care of a warranty parts failure no questions asked. Good service, just what I would expect.
