Carson and Simon did an awesome job with a new sink, water filter system, faucet and dishwasher installation all in one! The whole team was so professional and communicated the arrival times and estimated completion timelines and I felt that they truly valued my time. I didn’t need to wait around for them to arrive, they told me well ahead of time. Carson kept me informed along the way and went above and beyond my expectations. Simon fixed an issue he saw that could have been a big problem down the line in my crawl space at no extra charge, what a huge service! They worked as a team and were so smart to coordinate with the countertop installers to ensure my faucet placement and handles functioned properly! They pointed out the spacing was a little tight and gave me options to fix it, saving me from finding out the hard way! Carson had a great attitude when the job turned out to be much more work than I anticipated and I appreciated them sending and extra person to still get it done quickly. His attitude and kindness made me feel confident they would take care of my home and keep my family safe! Really appreciate the teamwork and how they deliver the best service so smoothly!

First off, let me just say working with Alex from Express was an absolute joy.
He was professional, kind, informative, willing to problem solve in order to make the old work with the new and be better than before!
During the inspection and quote phase, he gave us a couple different packages (all of which were fairly priced out), after working with our needs, desires and wants.
He was considerate while walking through the house, by using those boot socks.
If he wanted clarification on something, he was not pushy or overbearing, in fact he would listen to us, and see where what we wanted could fit in with the standards that Express plumbing hold themselves too.
I enjoyed working with Alex and Express plumbing.
I will be calling them again in the future for any upgrades or new installs!

It's a long review, but this was a large job, and this company is so great to work with.
We had our water heater leak out onto the raised box and through the wall into out master closet. The employee that came to assess the situation was on the ball and gave us clear information on what would be needed while making room for our desires, and budget. He was honest and listened to what we wanted.
We had planned on an entire new HVAC and water heating system replacement anyways, and got the whole package through Express Plumbing Heating and Air in Nampa. The company was very flexible with options for replacement units, and payment financing.
Every employee that came into our home was respectful and communicative with us. We had so much going on with remediation workers, dogs and work that they had to repeat themselves more than a few times. They did so happily. They had to work around other companies that were here, and were the better company to deal with. They were very patient with the fact that they had to wait on the other company to access our crawl space.
(The remediation company was trying to steal their work, too, when Express recommended them to us :I S.M.H. )
Elyse, one of the HVAC team, was a hard worker and very respectful of our home. She communicated with us well and was patient and apologetic when we had to get by, or walk through her workspace. I was trying hard not to be in THEIR way... so I really appreciated the level of respect we received from her and the rest of the crew.
This team had a new AC unit, furnace, tank-less water heater and water softener system installed, plus a fix of a sewage drain pipe, all done in less than a day and a half. There was obvious emphasis on doing the job right, and within code. These guys, and gal, went above and beyond, got the job done quickly and left things cleaner than they were when they arrived.

Laundry room plumbing repair, shut off valves to washing machine were seized open. Needed complete plumbing replacement and reroute of output. Identified problem with water heater flush and input hose clean out.

Thank you express plumbing, your technician Gabriel Hernandez did a great job, with as much wall that we had to open up, he worked extensively to make sure the sheet rock patch was acceptable; appreciate the great communication with us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend your services!

Daniel, Isaiah and Sam are the nicest guys. They were professional. Not only did they do a beautiful plumbing job, but they took special care not to get my floors dirty. They were careful not to let my pups escape out the front door. The cost of all services was very reasonable.

The technician showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. The sink leak was minor and we felt stupid for not noticing the pipe had become unattached but he promised not to laugh. His name is Andrew. He took care of everything and we are signed up for Express Plumbing yearly maintenance service. It's a quality contract that checks on your plumbing and heating and air throughout the year and when you need service, you get fast, fast service. Highly recommended.

Best repair service I have ever had. Tyler Wentz not only performed his tasks flawlessly and professionally, but he also did not hesitate to educate me on the issues involved. And then went beyond the call of duty and service agreement to fix my problems and/or teach me how to do some of it by myself. He also tested our water for hard minerals, chlorine and PH balance for free and educated me on treatment options. He also checked and informed me of the wrong sink I had bought so I can return it to retailer for a refund. Tyler also has the friendliest personality and is a pleasure to work with. Don't lose this kid! Thank you so much. 🙏

Megan did a great job regarding the Service Agreement requirements. She was prompt and courteous. Answered all my questions and gave me a couple of things to review later.

I had my hot water heater flushed and AC tune up. I had Tyler W & Donnie M doing the work. I really enjoyed having them at my home. They both have the best personalities! They did their jobs and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything they did and answered all my questions. Great job guys!

Andrew was highly professional, responsive, and thorough. To start off, he responded immediately to our call. He spent time diagnosing the problem and ensuring he had identified all possible culprits for the leak. He also spent a lot of time, explaining and outlining his findings, while answering any and all questions. Furthermore, he went above and beyond with his service and even caught my grandmother as she almost fell down the stairs! The overall service is unparalleled and I would highly recommend to any folks with plumbing issues. Personally, I will be using them again!
