Levi and Aidan showed up to our home in Nampa and got out crawl space job done in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly, will call them again for our next issue/repair!

There is a lady by the name of Megan. She is a plumber. She came through to put in our new garbage disposal and she did a wonderful job. My mother was very happy with the work. She did so shout out to Megan.

Stetson did a quick call and was very friendly. Gave me a few different options and was outta here in no time on a Saturday service call

Forest and his partner were phenomenal. They did a comprehensive check of our failing system and were very easy to work with during the whole process. Thank you both for all your help!

Daniel was extremely helpful very fast and knowledgeable had him come out last year for a water heater replacement and then this year I had a pipe freeze

Second encounter: I had a new issue arise. Express got here in a timely manner and I had a different technician- Alex. He was also awesome! So kind and educated me on what was occurring. I love how Express takes care of me!
First encounter: Chance was my technician. He was awesome! I was worried about getting scammed but he eased my fears immediately. They gave me a reasonable quote that was a quarter of the price as compared to a less reputable company that had given me a quote. Chance was so kind and professional! I’ll request him every time!

Matthew and Travis were
more than gentlemen, respectful, no problem understanding what needs taken care of. Work was Excellent, when jobs was accomplished it was fantastic, amazing looking, they left no mess.
Definitely have them do more servers here at my home.

Five year old Price-Phister shower cartridge failed. Simone was able to diagnose and remove and replace with new cartridge after my approval. Very polite and worked clean and efficiently. Did review the warranty program which we may opt into. Overall. Excellent service from office to home. Would highly recommend them!

Overpriced. Beware. They replaced some piping behind my wall and faucets for a leak, a water line capped off under the house that was a previous addition from the old owner and a broken stopper on a facet cold control replaced. The new work was not centered and the old seal was not removed which they did come out to fix. They also convinced me I needed a new water heater because mine was 9 years old and there was oxidization around the connectors at the top. I didn't get shown a cost breakdown, and agreed to pay a bit over 3k for the plumbing and over 3k for the water heater. Total cost was over 7k. I was upset because I know that one if the pieces they charged 400$ to replace was 20$ max (the broken stopper in the turning valve). I had another plumber out for another issue and discovered I could have had the work done for around 1/3 the cost including the same water heater. Express did come out and clean up the job and try to make it right but they took advantage of a mother of 3 with a husband that travels for work. My fault for not getting multiple quotes or an itemized bill. Their system was down and they couldn't provide one so I only got to sign the contract. Only reason they get 3 stars is because the guy doing the work was courteous and apologetic for it not getting it done right the 1st time and he tried to make it right. I feel abused due to the cost of this project. I could have paid less then 4k.
