Rating is based on cost. Both young men were very cordial and appeared knowledgeable. The job took several hours to complete. It was for leaky pipes in an old house They went over cost and we.chose which option based on my elderly fathers fixed income. They discussed needing more pipe than anticipated which uped the price and we agreed. When job was done it was $800 more than that increased cost. Eek. So far job is fine and leaks fixed.

Matthew was very friendly, explained everything to me. Quality work as far as I can tell. I'll know in a day or two after using the hot water.

They came on a Saturday to fix a clog in the main line. Turns out it was way more than just a clog. Our 70 year old pipes collapsed and we had to get them replaced all the way from the house into the Street. They informed us of our options and we tried to go with he cheapest option which unfortunately we couldn't do because in order to do it right they had to get permits from the city to cut open our street. So they did it for the cost that we were approved for. They have been very good to us given the circumstances. It just really stinks that we had to deal with all this. My husband and I just bought the house 6 months ago and this is our very first home. We are only in our mid 20s. As I said though they have been very good to us. Doug Collins was our plumber and he is A very good guy and treated us very well. Thank you Express plumbing and especially Doug for working so hard to do it properly. As much as I like you guys hopefully now I won't need to call you in the near future 😂.

Trevor did an excellent job running natural gas lines into our back yard! He was very hardworking and passionate about his work. Even the city inspector complemented his work. I would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have!

We called because our septic system was full and needed to be pumped out. The service man was very friendly, professional and very informative on our septic system and how to maintain it. Plus a very good value.

Noah and the Express team were awesome I would recommend them for septic issues any time! I set up a time on line 9pm at night had a call by 7:15 am and set a time for 9 am. And what do you know Noah pulled in exactly 9am. I will definitely call this company for any other needs! Again thank you for being so professional Express team I would highly recommend this company!!
