Express Plumbing Heating & Air

My experience has been stellar with this company from the very first phone call where polite and friendly were the first priority from the lady that answered. I explained my situation and she scheduled a technician the next morning. Again, service tech showed up and immediately I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Todd was straight forward with the situation and gave me numerous options to pick as my choice to handle the job. After making my decision, a work order was scheduled for the next work day. That morning began right on time and by the end of the day my new AC system was installed.
Absolutely the most professional and pleasant transaction I have had in years. Highly recommend this company as you won't be disappointed!

We had a true emergency with a backed up main line out. Flooded a large portion of our basement. Not at all pleasant. We called Express and they got a man out within the hour. He talked us through the various options and attempted the most economical option available. When that didn’t work he tried the next option and fixed the issue. Alex did a great job, cleaned up some of the mess and worked late to get it done. We will use Express again. Great response and a good value.

I had an excellent experience with my water heater repair! Daniel was prompt and friendly - he fixed our water heater, leaving it in a better state than when it was brand new 7 years ago. In addition, he gave me several quotes so I could pick the best one for my budget. I would highly recommend

Office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Onsite technicians were professional and did a great job. They came out the day I called to have my air conditioner serviced, ordered a new part, and had everything fixed within a few days. Great service. The only reason I don't give them a 5 out of 5 was on the billing. There was an extra charge for future maintenance that I didn't think was necessary and more than 1/3 of the overall price. A $1600+ bill and $600+ was the future maintenance "VIP Membership" charge.

The technician and those we spoke with on the phone were very courteous. We paid the $79 to guarantee they'd be to us within 4 hours. We actually waited longer than that, ( a bit over 5 hours). The technician quickly replaced a very inexpensive part, but we were charged an additional $327.73. We had this part replaced about 6 years ago for about $150. This is literally a $20 part. We are going to order one and keep it on hand so if this happens again, we will save $400+ dollars. The price was painful. It felt opportunistic. Courteous, but way overpriced.

I had a situation with my AC unit. I called Express and they came out the SAME DAY!
The tech that came was Donnie . He was absolutely wonderful, polite, courteous, informative, and thorough.
The price was VERY inexpensive. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their staff! Every interaction I encountered was pleasant and they put me at ease.

We did an addition on our home. Express did all the plumbing for the new side of the house. We added a full bath and a half bath/laundry room. They relocated the washer/dryer hookups. Daniel was our technician he was very professional. He explained everything very well did a great job on his installation. We would definitely recommend Express for any plumbing needs.

We had Express Plumbing Heating and Air come evaluate our AC. Our system being nearly 30 years old it was time to replace it. Forrest was wonderful! He helped explain the different options. He had two young men he was training that day - Stephen and Payton. I quickly realized there is a lot to learn with this job. Max came in to help with the details. They were fast and efficient. We had one little problem and Morgan came quickly to solve it! Shayne and Tony worked a long day to get us up and running.
We love our new AC. It cools the entire house which was something I never thought would happen. Thank you Express for your excellent customer care. I am glad Forrest came that day and helped me to see what we truly needed. No more throwing money away on a system who’s parts are difficult to find and no guarantee of how long it will work.

What started as a leaky shower faucet turned into a total remodel. Took longer than expected, but generally happy with the outcome.

I would recommend changing caulking. They used a clear, but it yellowed badly as it cured and is not paintable. I am having a devil of a time finishing the walls. But I am stubborn and will prevail. Before & after pix included.
