Keith was very professional and thorough. We had a hose bib that broke and flooded the basement. He came back to fix it, adding support so it doesn’t happen again. We are very happy with him and will be using again.

They installed a hot water recirculation pump in my home. The installers were very professional and completed all the needed work in an excellent manner. They went well beyond the minimum requirements to make the installation "right".

I’ve used this company for various things and they have always been a little higher priced but I like their customer service so I use them anyways.

What I have a problem with is giving me a $3,900 estimate for a simple water heater changeout. I know products are expensive right now but I also know you shouldn’t be making $1,000 per hour labor on something like this.
Be careful of what they quote you because I went with another certified plumbing company that was over half the cost and they did a great job.

We had a leak in our crawl space that soaked some of the duct flex and needed replacing. While doing the seasonal maintenance on our furnace Miguel was kind enough to take a look and replace the flex on the spot. We love working with Express everyone is always kind and professional while giving us multiple options to fix and improve our home. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Parker and Devin were awesome! Needed some excavating for a new septic lid and some new plumbing. They finished that up and then fixed the ground that they disturbed like they were never there. Thank you!

I was in need of a plumber to determine where a leak was coming from. They were able to locate the leak and gave me several options on how to go about the repair process. I had replaced my water heater and decided to replace all the plumbing in the entire house and out to the street. The house was built in 1974 and had galvanized pipes. I was noticing rust in the bathroom. I had a leak from my main water line and one under my house. So instead of putting bandaids on the system I chose to do a full replacement. The men did a great job. They ran into a few hiccups because of the old lines, but overall I was happy with the work. I get HVAC and plumbing checkups due to the services I purchased. I would recommend them to friends and family. I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

Everything was great starting from talking to a wonderful lady on the phone who set up my appointment, to Mike coming out quickly to fix our issue. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave us great information on the situation we were having. And was able to fix our problem same day.

My furnace broke down during the winter this year. I tryed using the company that installed the furnace to repair it but they had a 2 day waiting period. I drive truck and am hardly ever home so that wasn't an option. I called express plumbing and heating and they diagnosed the problem that day (saturday). They couldn't get the part needed untill Monday so I decided to keep my appointment with the other company. The tech from express went out of his way and left me 2 space heaters so I could keep my house warm.
The company that installed my furnace came out and replaced my pressure switch twice and both times the switch failed within 2 days. I then had express replace my pressure switch. They called the manufacturer of my furnace to find out what pressure switch was needed. The furnace has been working ever since.
I want to thank the tech for leaving those space heaters, my pipes could have froze while I was on the road. I also would like to thank express for a job well done and for their professional service.
