We were not so excited for the hottest day so far this summer when our 4 year old HVAC system wasn’t working.Ashley heating and Air had a technician in our area, he showed up quickly and assessed the situation , made an adjustment and it was back to working order in less than 15 minutes. When we went to pay, it was no charge, they were in the area, it was a simple fix and they had installed the unit. We appreciate the customer service from Ashley Heating and Air, their professionalism and quick service is one reason we don’t use anyone else.

Daniel did a great job when my heating system failed during the winter. Another company wanted to replace working sensor but recommended replacing entire system. Daniel was able to figure out the root cause and fix it without needing to replace sensor or the entire unit, it's been working fine for months. Quick and helpful when we called them to maintenance our ac and HVAC. found out there was a leak and a bad system to our ac unit, water heater, and then we got to work on numbers with replacing the whole three. Professional service and quick to help out. About a week later they put in the new system all in one day and took the old one away. Quick, on time and willing to answer all of my questions and check-ins. Money well spent in my case.

We had our heater and AC replaced together. Ashley offered the best quality equipment and certainly were the most responsive getting to the house and giving us an estimate (some other companies didn’t even bother to call back). When the technicians, Colton and Rio, were here to install, they were incredibly thoughtful (worked on my young son’s room first so it was done by naptime and placed the vent in the ceiling so he couldn’t see into it and imagine anything scary - seriously I never would have thought of that). And I’m pretty sure the house is cleaner now than when they got here - swept and vacuumed. Just excellent service by attention to detail. Thank you!

Colton arrived promptly and worked efficiently and steadily throughout the AC/Coil installation. He was courteous and responsive to my many questions. He completed work ahead of the scheduled time frame and left the work space cleaner than it had been. Job well done.

Wonderful, prompt response with immediate tankless water heater installation, after the old one stopped working! Canyon was super efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable! With no hot water in the morning and having out of town guests, by evening everyone was able to take hot showers!
