Had express come out and do a tune up on my AC unit, the young man was friendly and professional. He found some issues with the unit and gave me options to how to go about fixing my problem. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you so very much

This company worked with my work schedule to schedule the appointment and informed me of additional services they provide. I received notice of when they were arriving, a picture of the technician & name so I knew who to expect. Excellent!

Megan came to do the annual plumbing and hot water inspection. She noticed my shower wasn't putting out enough water amd fixed it on the spot. Service was thorough and quick.

We remodeled our bathroom, and the old plumbing didn't line up with our new vanities. They changed the angle of a couple of pipes for us very quickly and for a great price. The same bathroom needed a new shut off valve for the toilet as well, and they replaced it for us the same day. I'd count on them for any repairs I need!

We had to have a new toilet installed twice by Express Plumbing. The first toilet they installed showed a crack and leaked after it was installed. Since we had provided the new toilet, we had to buy another one and pay a second fee to have it installed. I think they gave us a discount on the second installation. It would have been helpful if they would have found the defect before installing the first toilet, but I understand that it was a crack difficult to see. They were fast in coming out. Overall service was very friendly and professional.

Had an old heater go out in the middle of winter. The folks from Express were here the same day going over all of my options from economy to super fancy and carefully and thoroughly went over everything with us. They were here the next day and two installers worked hard to get us up and running. Our new system is great, the install is immaculate and they arranged for the city inspection afterwards. They helped us with financing as well. Thank you so much Express, will definitely use you for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs!

Everyone has been so kind, professional, thankful, informative, and explained everything. They told me what was best, what was necessary or not needed, all very honest. They all made sure I knew what my options were, they wore shoe covers and were respectful, they always informed me where they were going and what they were doing. I felt safe and comfortable- I HIGHLY recommend Express for Plumbing, HVAC, and Septic needs. I have been super impressed. Max- He did super well explaining all my AC/Furnace replacement options. Mike- I had septic backing up, the office staff got me scheduled same day, he came out, fixed the problem, and explained to me what was happening. Kyle & Brogan- were amazing. Shane- really stood out. He was amazing, him and Tony, were out for 2 full days installing my system. They really had a huge job. Brad- He is so great! And should be so proud of the whole team! Office Staff- They are quick, kind, and are really good about communicating reminders and ETA's.
